In China, PVH retains your Personal Data for no longer than two years after you submit your application for a position, unless you are offered and accept the position or PVH is legally permitted in the jurisdiction in which the position is located. In other APAC jurisdictions, including Australia and New Zealand, PVH retains your Personal Data for no longer than 2 years.
In any other regions PVH retains your Personal Data for no longer than is legally permitted in the jurisdiction in which the position is located.

- Demographic information (such as education/work histories, academic/professional qualifications, and employment histories),
- Human resources data, such as job title and role; and academic and professional qualifications information.
Other information, including Personal Data, may be collected through automated means such as the collection of IP addresses, the placement of cookies, and other data captured for logs and to monitor and improve the functionality of our Website.
Purpose and legal basis
We will use your Personal Data for the following purposes:
- Application procedure: PVH has a legitimate business interest in recruiting new employees and to take steps prior to entering into a contract with you. As part of the application procedure and depending on the regions and/or the function you apply for we may check your background by performing or having a reference check performed by PVH or by a third party, in compliance with applicable laws.
- To contact you, if applicable for the performance of an (employment) agreement with you, after you have accepted an employment offer, but before your official start date.
