POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Administrative Travel Services Specialist will support PVH’s Global Travel Management program which includes ensuring adherence to the travel policy, vendor management, and ensuring associate safety and security with the goal of optimizing costs, policy compliance and travel experience. This position will balance the execution of nuanced service with the need for efficiency while always having a service minded approach in order to manage and foster relationships across PVH.

 Primary responsibilities for this position include:

  • Participate in the hotel RFP review process to ensure desired services are available, as well as to secure best rates and services for PVH.

  • Manage the hotel meeting card reconciliation process as well as the payment of all Ghost card invoices, the filing of all online invoices as well as American Express statements and processes.

  • Monitor travel partners to ensure travel processes and negotiations are delivered as negotiated and that travel partners are meeting the established SLAs, promoting process enhancements, and advancements as necessary.

  • Oversight and maintenance of Global Travel Website aligning T&E Policy and travel partner updates.

  • Act in the capacity of a relationship partner by supporting associate inquiries/ issues and bringing to resolution.

  • Analyze travel data for trends, areas for cost savings and opportunities for program improvement

  • Review special travel requests and secure necessary approvals, escalating as needed to the VP Corporate Travel for all requests that exceed established limits.

  • Work in close partnership with the TMC agents ensuring that they are following PVH Corporate travel policy

  • Manage and monitor the after-hours Travel Assistance number for usage and issues reported so as to monitor trends and address as needed.

  • Provide white glove service for all executive level travel to ensure travel requirements/needs are addressed and managed.

  • Proactively manage all group reservations for large department/division events.

  • Assist with special projects as requested and maintain confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in travel program management for a global organization in a complex business environment.

  • In depth understanding of international travel requirements/regulations.

  • Deep understanding of the global travel industry’s business ecosystem, operations, technology, and service delivery platforms

  • Solid interpersonal, analytical, and solutioning skills

  • Experience with Concur travel and expense tool on a global platform

  • Proven ability to build partnerships

  • Self-starter with a service-minded approach who can manage projects and processes from idea to execution

  • Experience managing relationships with travel partners, such as agencies, hotels, car service and credit card servicers

  • Calm and organized in a fast-paced environment; able to manage and prioritize multiple project streams at once

  • Desire and proven ability to collaborate across business areas and regions to identify and achieve operational and efficiencies with a flexible mindset

  • Clear, concise, and empathetic verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface with all levels of traveler as well as travel partners

  • Executive presence, ability to interact with executives at high levels to resolve issues or effect changes

Pay Range:$63,000---$85,200

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
