When you apply for a position, we may collect information about you from other sources, including:
background check information from employment screening agencies or publicly available registers (as permitted by law), or references obtained during recruitment
publicly available professional profiles on websites or social media (e.g., LinkedIn)
demographic information (such as education/work histories, academic/professional qualifications, and employment histories)
human resources data, such as job title and role; and academic and professional qualifications information.
We may receive such Personal Data from current and past employers, employment and recruiting agencies, references, government agencies, educational institutions, certification bodies, and background check providers.
Other information, including Personal Data, may be collected through automated means such as the collection of IP addresses, the placement of cookies, and other data captured for logs and to monitor and improve the functionality of our website.

3. How long will PVH keep your Personal Data?
Your Personal Data is retained no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose for which PVH collects and uses it. In the EU, PVH retains your Personal Data which you submit when applying for a position within PVH until four weeks after the position you have applied for has been filled, or – with your consent – for one year after the position has been filled. After the retention period your Personal Data will be deleted unless we are permitted or required by law to retain your data for a longer period.
In the United States, PVH retains your Personal Data which you submit when applying for a position for up to five years from the date you submit your data, unless you are offered and accept the position, in which case the Personal Data is kept for the duration of your employment.
In other regions PVH retains your Personal Data for no longer than is legally permitted in the jurisdiction in which the position is located.
4. What measures does PVH take to protect your Personal Data?
PVH takes appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the Personal Data it processes against accidental or unlawful processing, such as protecting against unauthorized access, disclosure, damage, or loss of Personal Data.

PVH may transfer Personal Data to PVH data environments, PVH affiliates, or to third parties around the world, including regions outside the European Economic Area (EEA), Brazil, Asia for technical or operational reasons or to comply with laws.

PVH may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. These changes will be announced on the Website of PVH. If there are any substantial changes made to this Privacy Policy during the term of the recruitment procedure, we will inform you via email.
