About The Role

The Assistant Manager, Communications and Earned Media for Australia and New Zealand is responsible for the development and implementation of public relations strategies and programs surrounding our key product pillars across our brands. This role will help implement PR efforts that will drive brand awareness, image, and business growth. You will help shape the public’s perception of our company and brands by driving our Local PR strategy with a focus on storytelling in earned and paid media across fashion, lifestyle, design and culture. 

This is a high impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has existing strong networks across Influencer, Celebrity and PR, strong communication and collaboration skills and wants to turn strategy into impactful brand moments. Based at our beautiful Head Office in the heart of the luxury precinct, located at 388 George Street 2000, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated PR and communications strategies aligned with brand and global direction to maximise press coverage and brand exposure, including brand stories, profiles, fashion led editorials and VIP dressing moments.
  • Liaise with PR agency on a day-to-day basis to drive earned media KPI’s .
  • Collaboration with Marketing teams on strategy and implementation of the go-to–market communication activity.
  • Responsible for reporting, and insights across all activity and brands.
  • Lead on our relationships with Influencer platforms for monitoring, outreach and reporting in market.  Including Lefty and Launchmetrics.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with media, stylists, influencers, and talent agencies.
  • Develop and execute influencer and celebrity VIP strategies, including talent partnerships, gifting, and performance tracking.
  • Support on brand events, responsible for media showings, and key talent outreach moments.
  • Responsible for execution of PR operations, including budgets, calendars, reporting, and sample management.
  • Support and manage PVH ANZ internal corporate communications.

About You

  • 5+ years as a Coordinator, Executive or Account Manager role within the PR and influencer marketing industry (agency or in-house).
  • Strong network across ANZ media, influencers, and talent agencies.
  • Proven experience delivering integrated PR & influencer campaigns.
  • Immersed in the world of fashion, media, and digital consumer engagement platforms
  • Confidence and accuracy working with analytics tools and reporting platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and copywriting skills.
  • Highly organised, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Fashion industry experience is highly regarded.
