POSITION SUMMARY:
Manage and lead the SEATH Distribution team for all outbound distribution operations. As the Subject Matter Expert of Distribution, reporting to the SEATH Distribution lead, this role is to develop, implement & execute the market’s distribution strategies to ensure operational efficiency in shipping operations & handling, a balanced cost-effective distribution model and maintain a high service quality standards in support of all SEATH business channels, including Direct Retail, E-Commence and the Asia Wholesale Group. This position will represent the SEATH Distribution function to collaborate across with internal business stakeholders and external vendors, third-party service providers (3PLs), freight forwarder and transportation partners with goals to achieve the PVH+ plan.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Operations Management
Oversee and accountable of all SEATH Distribution operations, including all orders/shipments between the DC and Market Local Hubs, Wholesalers, Travel Retailers and E-commence fulfillment; and all direct dropships from Vendor and/or Factory to Wholesalers.
Lead the Distribution operations team to ensure accurate shipping documents and its readiness for shipment, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificates of Origin, FTAs, etc.
Manage vendors, including factories, 3PLs, and freight forwarders, to ensure shipments are executed in accordance with SLAs, achieving Distribution KPIs, ie. OTD, OTA, OTIF, T/T, Lost & Damage rate, etc.
Responsible for all SEATH Distribution costs. Owner of the SEATH shipping and distribution data. Apply data analytics to evaluate performance and identify continuous improvement opportunity in areas of cost-to-service.
Conduct the monthly spot rate quotation process with 3PLs to update transport rates with objective to optimize costs & service levels.
Support the annual volume forecast and budget cycle preparation to project expected Distribution spend.
Prepare the monthly Distribution report for performance review. Host the monthly Distribution operational review with service providers to identify & drive performance improvement opportunities.
Maintain, update, review and improve Distribution SOP with internal and external stakeholders to ensure shipping processes and procedures are efficient while in compliant with regulations and PVH’s shipping requirements.
Support Finance month-end cutoff activities for SEATH Distribution operations.
Support any adhoc Distribution initiatives as per request.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with key business stakeholders to review and aligned on shipment schedules and ship mode strategy for all Sales Channels.
Collaborate with APAC stakeholders to coordinate redeployment arrangements, define shipping processes and requirements, and assess freight costs for shipment approval and cost analysis.
Collaborate with IT on system enhancements or bug fixes to reduce system disruptions to daily operations.
Collaborate regularly with stakeholders to gather new or updated customer requirements and maintain a centralized customer master file to communicate pick pack and shipment instructions to the DC (such as packing criteria, shipping modes, and booking guidelines).
Collect market insights to share with business stakeholders for updates.
Team Leadership
Lead the SEATH Distribution team by setting clear objectives, reviewing performance regularly and providing constructive feedback to drive a continuous improvement culture & behavior.
Be the SME of Distribution, offering effective resolutions to business needs.
Support the team to resolve any operational issues. Identify root cause analysis and implement corrective action to prevent recurrence.
Provide coaching to team members with a growth mindset to drive towards an effective and seamless execution of Distribution operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Logistics/Warehouse/Supply Chain operations, preferably in Retail/FMCG/3PL industry. Managerial experience is a plus.
Proven track record managing end-to-end logistics or supply-chain operations, including I/E shipping document processing, customs declaration and last-mile delivery.
Omni-channel experience is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of shipping Incoterms, freight forwarding, 3PL Service provider management and e-commerce logistics processes.
Expertise in process enhancement & optimization, identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong data analytics ability and be able to use data analysis tools to analyze operational data for the decision-making process.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP and Infor Nexus is an advantage.
MNC experience preferred.
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office applications, especially with Excel for data & graphical analysis functions.
Knowledge of Power BI & Data Warehouse is a plus.
IT savvy – knowledge with ERP, WMS, TMS, POMS, etc.
Excellent communicator, ability to communicate across the business.
Excellent leadership skill, strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
