KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Conduct comprehensive compensation analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.

  • Develop and drive Wellbeing strategy and put it in action to enhance the overall wellbeing of our associates, end-to-end.

  • Drives introduction and maintenance of online resources, processes and templates to assist with rewards management in line with Total Rewards principles; supports communication of Total Rewards principles within organization and collaborates with HR follows.

  • Support to assesses, advises and manages local and regional benefit programs such as healthcare, accident and life insurances; align with corporate counterparts on implementation of global programs and administration.

  • Participates in the identification of cross-divisional integration opportunities with a focus on regional/local rewards programs and policies. Delivers against agreed integration plans and targets in accordance with implementation plans and timetables. 

  • Monitors local/regional benefits program to ensure market competitiveness. Stay on top of market trends.

  • Assist in review and develop Total Rewards policies, procedures and guidelines. Monitor its effectiveness and efficiency, and ensure of alignment across region/between supply and commercial as appropriate.

  • Support in other HR projects as and when required

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Command of rewards principles and tools; understands complex terms and conditions, and is able assess costs and benefits; current with market practices and offerings.

  • Strong business acumen with high capacity for data, analysis and recommendations related to compensation and benefits

  • In-depth project and change management experience

  • Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills, verbal and written

  • Adapt at managing and influencing across cultures

  • Strong Microsoft Office, Excel skills and previous HRIS experience
