Position Title: Assistant, Packaging and Trim
Business/Organization: Calvin Klein Global Supply Chain
Function/Division: SUPPLY CHAIN/ Raw Materials Team
Position Reports to: Manager, Packaging and Trim
Location: W 39th st New York, NY
Position Summary: The Assistant, Packaging & Trim is responsible for supporting day-to-day development of packaging and trim for all brands under CTB (CLOSE TO BODY).
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job:
Support daily administrative duties for multiple Brands under CTB
Gather, review and organize all packaging and trim submits.
Support manager and associate manager in collecting and organizing material datasheets and certifications.
Monitor developments daily, troubleshoot issues and facilitate solutions when possible.
Support manager in communication with suppliers, Hub teams and vendors to resolve any packaging/ trim issues/delays and minimize quality problems.
Build and maintain archive of new development and core packaging for Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Nike material libraries.
Attend weekly x-functional team meetings and take notes as needed.
Create, organize and maintain packaging/trim trend research presentation boards that include boxes, hangtags, jokers, bellybands, and labels.
Order & track seasonal concept, proto and share updates to x-functional teams.
Maintain daily/ weekly/monthly updates on Packaging global tracking charts
Support manager in tracking to 100% on time approval for all seasonal packaging and trim.
Responsible for maintaining material and submit libraries under Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, and Nike and potential future Brands. Work with cross functional teams to ensure calendar compliance and deadline adherence

Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
1-2 years in Raw Materials sourcing or development
Packaging and Trims (labels, hangtags, paper substrates) category support experience - preferred
Education:
Bachelor degree or relevant experience in fashion, product development, and/or supply chain.
Knowledge/Skills Required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite required
Strong Excel skills required (v look ups, pivot tables, formulas)
Web PLM experience required
Strong ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment
Extremely organized and clear communicator
Basic understanding of packaging materials that include paper substrates
Deadline-driven with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy
Basic understanding of product development

This position is a hybrid position, working in office 4 days/ week with flexibility to work up to 5 days/ week as needed.

Pay Range:$60,000 - $70,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
