The Team

The Position

The Back Office Specialist contributes to the achievement of store objectives, ensuring optimal management of warehouse and administrative processes, as well as compiling target files/business analysis and email management.

Operation:

• Supports the relevant Deputy in the proper management of the Store accounting cycle (deposits, invoicing, tax free etc.)

• Ensures exchange of information between headquarters and store through updating StoreiQ bulletin board/supervision

Sales & KPIs:

• Ensures visibility and control of Store KPIs through data mining and business analysis processing.

• Sensitivity in reading KPIs

• Fluency in oral and written communication in English
