You will form part of the Calvin Klein North America wholesale field team, with responsibility for approx. $2.5m sales across 1-3 stores. As a brand ambassador you will have a high energy for apparel and retail trends, and lead with a consumer centric demeanor, aiming for outstanding experience, across visual merchandising elevation, and customer service standards. The associate will be responsible for driving the sales plan to budget in the stores you handle; and you will continuously analysis the business, identifying trends and providing continuous feedback on the customer journey, product sell through, liabilities and visual merchandising plans. Responsible for the management of the account across your store portfolio, and need to be a good influencer and communicator, to ensure the best in-class in-store positioning, selling space, people and marketing investments are negotiated with your store managers. You will thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and be motivated by getting results and sales growth.

The ideal candidate will be located in the LA/Orange County area.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure your store goals and sales plans are aligned to the regional business plans, to meet budgeted revenue targets
  • Communicate our brand positioning with your store, divisional and floor management team, ensuring the brand experience is delivered in store
  • Implement merchandising strategies and plans to ensure as a brand we show up in the best location in the store, and can increase our square footage profitability, to maintain and grow revenue
  • Work in close partnership with cross functional teams (Visual Experience, Marketing, Buying, Account Management) to ensure business initiatives, visual guidelines, selling skills and product knowledge is performed in store
  • Have a strong eye for the brand and ability to interpret and implement brand visual merchandising standards

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience handling stores in a DTB model
  • Prior experience working in a brand led environment, who can represent the brand aesthetic whilst delivering the commercial sales plan
  • Shown ability to work with and influence internal and external business partners
  • Have a positive demeanor and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills, who is comfortable using data to drive decisions and tell a story
  • Business acumen, with a drive for results
  • Communication, collaboration and influencing skills
  • Learning agility
  • Passionate about apparel retail and fashion trends

Pay Range:$50,000 - $65,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
