The Position

The Consumer Communication Coordinator, supports the execution of in-store messaging and signage across the EMEA region, helping to ensure consistent and brand-right communication in all consumer-facing retail environments. This role works closely with the Consumer Communication Manager and cross-functional teams to support the rollout of point-of-sale (POS) materials, campaign launches, and retail activations across Retail, Outlet, and Wholesale channels.

This is a detail-oriented, hands-on position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, an interest in visual communication, and a passion for enhancing the customer experience through retail storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

POS Material Coordination & Rollout Support

  • Assist in the distribution of signage and campaign materials including window assets, lightboxes, digital screens, and promotional signage.

  • Organize and manage asset libraries to ensure accurate file sharing and version control across regions.

  • Coordinate translation needs for market-specific materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Help track delivery timelines with vendors and internal teams to support smooth rollouts.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Creative teams to adapt and route campaign messaging for in-store use.

  • Work with Buying, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure messaging aligns with key deliveries and retail calendar milestones.

  • Provide support for wholesale and concession partner needs by sharing POS kits and execution guidelines.

Retail & Event Communication Support

  • Support the coordination of signage and messaging for in-store activations, events, and seasonal promotions.

  • Manage store-specific requests for additional materials, small edits, or localization needs.

  • Prepare installation briefs and assist with the creation of communication toolkits for retail teams.

Execution Tracking & Quality Control

  • Assist with post-launch tracking by collecting store photos, feedback, and execution reports.

  • Conduct basic quality checks on printed materials to ensure they meet brand standards.

  • Maintain trackers for campaign rollout schedules, material usage, and store implementation feedback.

Administrative & Vendor Support

  • Provide support for budget tracking and invoice reconciliation.

  • Coordinate with print vendors for order status updates and deliveries.

  • Organize and maintain internal folders and databases related to campaign materials and guidelines. – Dash Doc

  • Ensure signage and POS Collateral is decisive, timely, and brand right with the appropriate level of messages to create clarity and focus.

You take pride in helping ensure that in-store communication is not only timely and accurate but also inspiring for the customer and can be measured against the success of the selling data.

  • 1–3 years of experience in retail, marketing, visual merchandising, or communications support is essential

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines.

  • Basic understanding of retail environments and visual communication best practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe InDesign or Illustrator is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in cross-functional settings.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

  • Ability to assess sales data and to drive conclusions around the success and impact of signage on conversion, CRM  engagement and traffic.
