Position Summary: (Please provide a brief summary of the overall purpose of this role): 

The main responsibility is to support the Data Governance Office (Process Development & Master Data Department) in the master data management for sites, customers and products, both in terms of system management and process management.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job (Please list and describe the most important duties of the role): 

The main responsibilities are to ensure a timely and accurate setup and maintenance of master data for sites, customers and products for the EMEA region, with a focus on data quality reporting and process improvements.

Specifically:

• Coordinate with the Data Analysts in HQ and follow their lead
• Analyze incoming requests and manage until resolved by coordinating with the relevant Teams
• Proactive Business and Data analysis
• Create L3 & L4 process documentation
• Manage queries and request through Asana and improve the Tool
• Report the relevant updates in JIRA
• Report on the agreed KPIs
• Create and maintain master data in the relevant systems
• Liaise with stakeholders when necessary to ensure correct master data maintainance
• Comply with the data governance rules
