Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job: (Please list and describe the most important duties of the role):
CREATIVE CONCEPTING
Research conceptual retail design market trends and propose themes/ideas for study and development.
Work closely with VM and marketing teams to propose creative seasonal strategic initiatives for all seasonal deliverables.
Create realistic 3D renderings to combine strong visual storytelling with engaging, impactful consumer experiences that translates brand aestetic into physical space.
· Design windows with strong retail knowledge and understanding of nuanced regional needs.

TEAM
Manage and mentor team of renderers and freelancers to distribute work based on workloads and prioritize
Delegate team to help articulate design solutions across all levels of implementation (icon stores to premium and core store environments)
PRODUCTION
· Work closely with production lead to develop feasible creative installations, helping to maintain brand creative integrity by providing detailed drawings and floorplans to maintain consistent global execution.
· Work with regions to adhere to production timelines, budgets, and scalability across locations.

9+ years of creative 3D design
Additional Information: This role requires a strong creative and conceptual background, and the ability to understand how things are built. Spatial understanding is necessary to the way an environment will be experienced. It is also essential that the candidate is able to adapt to the brand aesthetic along with a constantly changing landscape within the retail world. Ability to pivot last minute and approach projects with solvable solutions.

Knowledge/Skills Required (Please indicate if there is specific knowledge required to do this job, for example: computer technology, platform or language; specific area of expertise or licensing/certification, problem solving, analytical skills, effectively working with all levels, etc.):
This role requires a high level of 3d modeling and rendering capabilities. You should feel comfortable sketching and designing primarily through 3d, be able to create custom textures and environments.
Programs: Sketchup, 3d max, Rhino, or other comparable applications. V-ray or Corona for rendering.
Additional: Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, PPT, AI familiarity a plus
High aesthetic taste level
Ability to direct, manage, edit and guide design work by others
Extensive knowledge of retail environments and regional needs
Deep awareness/interest in ongoing contemporary design, art & culture
Ability to read architectural drawings and understanding materials and how things are built.
Must have strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Should be reliable, focused, creative and detail-oriented.
