POSITION SUMMARY:
All Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brand strategy, product development and innovation are led and driven by certain PVH affiliates in the Netherlands where Tommy Hilfiger is head-quartered, and Calvin Klein in the US where it is head-quartered and both catering to global market needs. The position in this job description helps the above-mentioned PVH related parties meet their operating and strategic needs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES (Supply)
Drive sustainable practices and systems to ensure delivery of best-in-class product to meet PVH OTD requirements in the right quality. Maintain operational excellence ensuring vendors and teams are adhering to PVH’s rollout of policies and initiatives (e.g., BCCU tracking, Transaction and Garment certification, Traceability initiatives). Drive Critical Path adherence within the region from PO placement to ACD. Support product-to-market process activities, including development and bulk allocation, while owning production planning and purchase order management. Identify and execute initiatives to increase operational efficiencies, leverage economies of scale, and optimize the supply chain.
Manage relationships with L1 vendors and key L2/L3 partners in the country/region. Partner with Regional and Global Sourcing and Category Leads on vendor strategy by providing inputs into regional vendor allocation to support business needs. Build relationships and maintain connectivity with country partners to develop future partners and execute strategies. Manage internal and external vendor relationships and report out on qualitative and quantitative performance metrics. Optimize regional country of origin strategies to service global ship-to destinations, focusing on duty benefits, cost, quality, and lead time.
Optimize product cost by leading cost renegotiations with vendors where applicable, unlocking value, and delivering against margin goals. Drive supply chain initiatives that enable speed, agility, and flexibility to deliver best price-value product.
Ensure consumer and brand product needs are met by partnering with Technical Services, Quality teams, and vendors to achieve quality standards. Ensure Corporate Responsibility standards throughout the supply chain, inclusive of social and environmental responsibility, sustainability, and global requirements.
Understand and execute on PVH Supply Plan priorities. Partner cross-functionally to ensure sourcing strategies align with overall brand, consumer, and business objectives.
Develop high-performing teams and grow best-in-class talent committed to a shared value system of integrity and collaboration.
