About the role:
The Financial Planning & Analysis EMEA Team is a core backbone of our organization to ensure that we navigate our EMEA Business continuously towards accretive profitable growth and sustaining long-term success. To support our long-term strategy focusing on passion and creativity to build CK and TH into the most desirable lifestyle brands in the world, as well making PVH one of the highest performing brand groups in our Sector, we seek a Director Long Range Planning & Margin EMEA to contribute positively to the success of PVH+ Plan.
The Director Long Range Planning & Margin has a pivot Role in our organization to secure strong collaboration between the functions to enable us to make the right financial business decisions and drive the Teams toward accretive brand growth & stellar profitability. You will be fully embedded in x-functional and working closely with all key stakeholders in the organization to ensure, we navigate business decisions with strong financial acumen in the best manner of the interest of PVH+ long-term plans. Your leadership capability and taking others with you is a key enabler, to be successful in this Role.
What you'll do:
Leading and managing your direct Reports toward a High-Performing Team.
Secure strong collaboration between the Sub-Functions and key stakeholders in the organization.
Excel cross-functional and peer alignment and be a Role model in fostering collaboration.
Leading the Long-Range Strategic Planning E2E.
Secure that LRP is aligned with companies’ strategic priorities, and they are continuously financially challenged to secure accretive profitable growth.
Work closely with your peers on identified gaps to be closed to improve profitability.
Navigate aligned Mid & Long-Term P&L initiatives identified
Model, prepare, and recommend potential investment opportunities.
Contribute positively, in alignment with your peers, to topline Improvement initiatives.
Lead the E2E Process for the Gross Profit P&L line and work closely with your counterparts on continuous improvement of the process to strengthen solid profitability navigation.
Work with your team on continuous improvement of Gross Profit Transparency.
Work closely with the Strategy & Operational Excellence team, Brand Merchandising, and Product Development Teams to be embedded into the Collection build-up driving profitability.
Continuously navigate Margin improvements with high transparency of the E2E process as well as solid cross-functional alignments.
Lead & Recommend standardization and templating to simplify financial communication.
Lead, recommend, and prepare executive decks for EMEA and US Leadership Teams.
Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.
What you'll bring:
5-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing responsibilities driving P&L lines, including WHS & Retail experience.
Proven experience in Leading a Team towards a high-performing team & driving collaborative working style.
Proven ability in managing performance metrics, financial planning processes, and investment management, with a track record of developing and optimizing KPIs, leading for change, Process E2E improvements, and strong collaboration.
Strong experience in business partnering with senior executives and collaborating with global finance teams to align and execute strategies within the EMEA region.
Solid Commercial Finance experience is appreciated.
CA; CIMA, Accounting Background comes beneficial in this position.
Demonstrated expertise in decision-making analysis and management reporting, with a focus on making finance numbers talk and strategic investment planning.
Resilience, Resourcefulness, and hands-on approach.
Exceptional communication and strategic insight skills, with a proven ability to guide market hubs and operationalize decisions taken effectively in E2E organization.
Excel Problem-Solving Skills, demonstrated experience in identifying issues and developing effective solutions being stakeholder and alignment-focused, leading with a high ability to work collaboratively.
