The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees, is located in Düsseldorf and is the main location for around 500 employees.
We are currently searching for a Director Retail Full Price DACH (m/f/x), whose mission will be to lead the retail strategy for all DACH full price stores, driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence while leading a high-performing team of Retail Area Managers. You will align with EMEA and global business objectives to deliver outstanding consumer experience and achieve financial targets.
A day in the life of a Director Retail Full Price DACH (m/f/x):
You will develop and implement a comprehensive retail strategy for our DACH full price stores in alignment with the broader Hub retail vision, EMEA retail vision and global business strategy
You will have overall budget responsibility and ensure delivery of the net sales targets and payroll costs
You will lead, mentor, and develop the retail full price team, fostering high performance and career growth
You will be responsible for cost targets and shrinkage, enforcing policies and procedures, together with the Retail Operations Team
You will identify services with the greatest potential to increase revenue
You will collaborate closely with multiple internal teams to improve efficiency and decision-making
What do we need from you? You have:
A university degree in business economics or a related field
At least 10 years of proven leadership experience in high-performance retail organizations
A deep understanding of the retail landscape, market dynamics, industry trends, and a genuine passion for driving innovation and growth within the retail sector
Exceptional leadership capabilities, with the ability to build trust, set clear objectives, and elevate teams to deliver exceptional results
A collaborative mindset, focused on driving collective success and celebrating achievements
A willingness to travel frequently, embracing the dynamic nature of the role
Fluency in both German and English, with exceptional communication skills
