The Team 

Within the SE HUB the Ecommerce Team, our mission is to drive healthy & sustainable growth for the Ecommerce channel, in full alignment with our global brands’ strategy. The team plays a pivotal role in scaling our Ecommerce business across .COM, marketplaces, and Pure Players, working closely with global, regional, and cross-functional teams to translate our brands’ vision into high-impact digital execution. With a deep focus on consumer experience, performance marketing, platform innovation, and strategic partnerships, the team is instrumental in shaping a seamless, engaging, and brand-consistent journey for our online consumers, ultimately fueling commercial success.  

 

The Position 

As a Manager, Ecommerce, you will be crucial to execution of the commercial strategy and achievement of net sales targets across your assigned accounts. You will nurture Partner relationships, manage seasonal sell-in, deliver monthly net sales targets for your accounts, and identify risks and recovery actions to maintain business momentum. This is vital for delivering sustainable profitable growth and building strong commercial relationships with partners. Your work will be key to delivering the commercial goals of the South East HUB. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Define with your manager the commercial strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets for your respective accounts  

  • Hit seasonal sell-in targets by account and ensure direct sell-in targets are met 

  • Manage account erosion budgets to ensure no overspend and maintain financial discipline 

  • Establish and nurture relationships with your key accounts through regular check-ins and structured business reviews 

  • Ensure financial coverage is in place for each of your accounts 

  • Identify any risks in hitting targets for your accounts and create recovery plans as necessary 

  • Partner with Operations & Partners to ensure shipments flow on time and meet partner expectations. 

  • Work in close collaboration with marketing to drive sell-out initiatives for your respective accounts 

  • Maintain a clear understanding of sell-out performance, inventory levels, and necessary action plans to improve sell-out 

  • Responsible for key account input into both long-term planning (e.g., IDP, annual budgets) and short-term cycles (e.g., seasonal CEF updates and submissions) 

  • Propose commercial terms for new and existing partners to support contract formulation and renewals  

  • Seek new opportunities within your accounts or new accounts that align with the company's strategic goals 

 

Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization. 

Measures of Success 

  • Quarterly & Annual Net Sales delivery for your respective accounts  

  • Seasonal budget delivery  

  • Direct target delivery  

  • Timely & well-thought-out internal submissions (IDP, CEF etc.)  

  • All commercial requirements are in place for your accounts (incl. contracts, DDQs, financial coverage)  

Positive relationships with internal stakeholders & within each of stakeholders in your accounts 

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce or related fields 

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial roles, including key account management 

  • Strong commercial acumen and business awareness 

  • Excellent negotiation skills 

  • Strong analytical skills to support decision-making 

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture 

  • Skilled in stakeholder management and relationship building 

  • Fluent English is a must
