CK eCom Operation Specialist - Content

The Team

Within the eCommerce team, our mission is to build a commercially driven team with a strong focus on product, trading and business growth in order to elevate online performance. The position's team serves as the backbone of eCommerce, driving product focus, site merchandising, content and product launch to increase sales and conversion. The team collaborates closely with the wider CK teams to drive strategic alignment and commercial performance. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department’s overall success and strategic growth.

The Position

As Online Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless content experience across our eCommerce platforms. You will be responsible for managing the execution and deployment of digital content, overseeing campaign rollouts, and ensuring the on-site user journey is optimized to drive engagement, conversion, and loyalty. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as Content, Customer Experience, and Brand Marketing, as well as analytical thinking to assess content performance and continuously improve the customer experience.

You will support campaign operations from concept through execution, managing CMS activities, timelines, and delivery across multiple markets. Your role is central to ensuring that our brand is represented through best-in-class content and that the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Operations & Content Execution

  • Manage end-to-end content build, translation, QA, and deployment within the CMS across all EU markets.
  • Brief in new campaigns to the internal creative team and manage the content production timeline from concept to go-live.
  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, is error-free, and reflects best-in-class creative execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Customer Experience team on new features, onsite journeys, and content personalisation projects to drive conversion and retention.
  • Liaise with Content Development and CX teams to support template innovation and layout optimization.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Trading, and Creative to align seasonal priorities, storylines, and content requirements.

Content Planning & Advisory

  • Contribute to seasonal campaign planning, briefs to ensure content readiness and timely delivery.
  • Advise teams on CMS limitations, template capabilities, and feasibility of campaign concepts.

Performance & Optimization

  • Analyze content performance metrics (e.g. page views, engagement, bounce rate) in collaboration with analytics teams to optimize content strategy.
  • Provide insights on regional market behavior to tailor content by audience.
  • Support the content personalisation roadmap to ensure relevancy and increase user engagement.

Measures of Success

  • Content Accuracy: Timely and flawless content deployment across all planned campaigns.
  • Operational Efficiency: Smooth cross-team execution and on-time go-lives.
  • CX Impact: Improved conversion and engagement through relevant, personalized content.
  • Campaign Readiness: Proactive planning and alignment across functions to ensure full content readiness before key launches.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, digital content management, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of how content supports both brand storytelling and commercial performance.
  • Hands-on experience with a CMS.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with evolving priorities.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.
