Calvin Klein is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Manager, E-Commerce Operations to join our North America eCommerce team. This role is essential to driving operational excellence and supporting the continued growth of our digital business. You will oversee daily operations, manage promotional execution, and ensure strong coordination across customer service, fulfillment partners, and internal teams.

 

We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing the customer experience. In this role, you'll drive process improvements, support innovation initiatives, and help scale our eCommerce operations to meet evolving business goals.

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams including Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, PR/Social, and IT to improve workflows, processes, and accountability

  • Identify and implement efficiencies across eCommerce content, customer journey, and backend operations to support scalability and performance

  • Own the planning, execution, and performance reporting of promotional campaigns, in partnership with the Site Coordinator

  • Manage day-to-day eCommerce operations, including scoping projects, setting priorities, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery

  • Oversee project tracking, QA, and progress communication with internal teams and external vendors

  • Ensure ADA compliance and high-quality user experience by managing requirements, timelines, and cross-functional quality control

  • Manage and report on key third-party tools and services, including returns, reviews, gift cards, and international checkout

  • Leverage analytics tools to build reports, uncover insights, and drive data-informed decisions that improve site performance and conversion

  • Collaborate with Merchandising and Creative teams to align on site content, product presentation, and promotional strategy

  • Manage e-commerce budget to achieve sales and profit plans as defined by Senior Leadership

  • Responsible for making decisions to modify e-commerce operations, deliverables, and milestones to support business strategy. Decides when priorities need to be shifted based on business objectives and team workload.  Assesses and makes recommendations to Senior Leadership on new vendor selections

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years E-commerce experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skill as well as interpersonal skill
  • Ability to take complex issues or technologies and frame them simply for internal and external audiences

  • Strong sense of urgency, with ability to find solutions quickly and independently

  • Exceptional organizational skills and an extraordinary attention to detail

  • Ability to project manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong strategic and analytical skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, web analytical tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), and managing ecommerce promotional platforms (i.e. Salesforce Commerce Cloud)

  • User experience

  • Must be able to handle multiple projects with adherence to deadlines. Must be highly organized. Must be able to work independently as well as on group projects. Must be self-motivated and confident with some decision making. Must have the ability to manage up, down and across with positive results

  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, premium fashion environment. Desire to innovate quickly as part of a nimble, entrepreneurial team within an iconic, established American brand

Pay Range:$101,300---$137,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
