About THE ROLE

PVH Ecommerce Trade Assistant will be responsible for optimising our online brand partner sales channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and helping driving revenue growth. This role requires an understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and customer behavior. In a constantly changing retail environment, this role involves assisting the team to develop and implement strategies to drive online sales, increase customer engagement, and improve the overall user experience on the respective brand partners e-commerce platform.

Working closely with all key retail stakeholders (Buying, Planning, Trading, Content and brand partner) collaboration, strong communication and a passion for opportunity and success are the foundations for this team!

Reporting to the E-Commerce Specialists and Brand Partners, the Ecommerce Assistant ensures a seamless execution of the channels strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions and attributions resulting in great online merchandising
  • Responsible for critical path management for product listings, ensuring all data is collected and shared on time and is of the best quality.
  • Continuously catering the site reviewing TOV/Descriptions and imagery to help drive conversion, ensuring the partner website stay up to date and align with our own brand websites
  • Upload imagery to partner platforms, working alongside content teams on improving overall brand aesthetic to help drive conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, buying and planning, and IT, to ensure alignment and seamless seasonal launches.
  • Collaborate with brand partner teams to optimise the user experience on brand partner e-commerce platforms, including website navigation, product search functionality, and checkout process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in e-commerce, and make recommendations for continuous improvement regarding content provided
  • Train and educate team members on e-commerce trading best practices for continuous improvement
  • Utilise web analytics tools to track and analyse customer behavior, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the e-commerce industry.
  • Understand the e-commerce trading strategy and business targets to help prioritise workload ensuring the team can drive sales and achieve revenue targets whilst maintaining strong relationships with the brand partner

About YOU

  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Has good knowledge and experience using Microsoft excel
  • Has excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to work of their own initiative, understanding they are joining a busy team
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Experience with e-commerce and knowledge of global marketplaces and concession businesses is a plus.
  • Need to have a basic understanding of concession platforms or account management experience, working as a 3rd party brand
