Position Summary
Serve as the global technology architect and strategic thought leader for PVH’s Digital Workplace ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot, Exchange, Active Directory, Entra ID, ADFS and other future digital workplace technologies.
Define, evolve, and govern the Digital Workplace architecture roadmap in alignment with enterprise principles and PVH’s long-term technology strategy.
Partner closely with the Global Enterprise Architecture team to influence architecture direction, integration standards, and global modernization initiatives.
Drive innovation and transformation, enabling AI-powered productivity and secure, modern, and scalable collaboration experiences for PVH associates worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Architecture Leadership
- Define and maintain the global Digital Workplace architecture vision covering M365, Intune/SCCM, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Exchange, and endpoint experiences; Active Directory, Entra ID, ADFS; other future digital workplace technologies.
- Contribute to PVH’s Global Enterprise Architecture Council, ensuring workplace technologies align with enterprise integration, security, and data governance standards.
- Shape the technology roadmap to support PVH’s digital transformation, hybrid work, and AI enablement objectives.
- Ensure architecture decisions are future-ready, scalable, secure, and aligned with sustainability and cost optimization goals.
Technology Design & Governance
- Manage current and target domain architecture following EA governance process and tools
- Lead solution architecture and design reviews for major global initiatives across collaboration, endpoint, and productivity platforms.
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, reference models, and reusable design patterns.
- Provide expert oversight to platform engineers, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and technical integrity.
- Drive architectural compliance, balancing agility with governance and security.
Innovation & Modern Workplace Enablement
- Establish and maintain personas and journeys to align technology with associate experience
- Evaluate emerging technologies, particularly around AI, automation, and user experience, and recommend adoption strategies for global rollout.
- Partner with Microsoft and key vendors to influence product roadmaps and pilot innovative solutions.
- Promote the adoption of AI and automation frameworks to enhance business agility and employee productivity.
- Support the evolution of the endpoint ecosystem, ensuring modern, secure, and seamless device experiences.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior IT and business leaders on workplace technology strategy and design.
- Collaborate with global teams across Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, and Digital Workplace operations.
- Represent Digital Workplace architecture in global governance forums and architecture boards.
- Mentor architects and engineers, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and accountability.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 5 years in architecture roles focused on collaboration, endpoint, and modern workplace technologies.
- Deep technical and architectural expertise across Microsoft 365, Intune/SCCM, SharePoint Online, Exchange (Online & on-prem), and Power Platform; Active Directory, Entra ID, ADFS.
- Proven experience contributing to global enterprise architecture strategy, design principles, and governance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of AI enablement (Microsoft Copilot), automation, and modern identity and access management concepts.
- Experience designing and implementing secure, cloud-first, global-scale architectures.
- Excellent understanding of Agile/DevOps delivery, cloud governance, and technology lifecycle management.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and executive communication skills.
