POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director, Connectivity Architecture, will be responsible enterprise-wide architecture of Connectivity, which falls under the domain of the function of IT and the brand-led team of PVH. This role will be accountable for global connectivity architecture, ensuring best in class, highly resilient, stable, secured and automated network across the portfolio, often collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to meet business requirements and effective demand management.
The Director of Connectivity Architecture serves as the enterprise leader for security‑focused cloud networking, global connectivity platforms, and automation engineering. This role defines and drives the strategy, architecture, delivery, and operational excellence of next‑generation network security, connectivity across retail/warehouse/corporate/datacenters/cloud, DDI, ADC, platforms, automation frameworks, and reliability engineering practices.
The core areas and platforms under scope fall under the below categories:
Enterprise network, retail networking, cloud networking, Zero Trust Architecture
Expertise in firewalls, SASE/Zero Trust, cloud networking (AWS), DDI, ADC, NAC, and automation
Experience in multi-vendor platforms, strategic mindset and strong vendor management skills
Security frameworks, audits and compliance
Automation, scripting and optimization
This is a high impact role that requires setting strategy, identifying, and addressing technical/functional requirements, refining and improving the existing service portfolio and acting as owner to set the prioritization of epics and user stories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership & Architecture
Define and own the enterprise strategy for SDWAN, SASE / network security, cloud networking, connectivity platforms, and automation
Establish target‑state architectures across enterprise, cloud networking, DDI, observability, automation, and various connectivity platforms.
Align enterprise cloud, identity, and zero trust security standards.
Security & Cloud Networking
Check Point & Cisco Firepower, ADC, NAC, AWS networking, Zero Trust integrations.
Lead strategy and lifecycle of firewalls, IDS/IPS, URL filtering, and NAC.
Oversee cloud networking for AWS and hybrid cloud environments.
Drive Zero Trust integrations.
Connectivity Platform & Automation
DDI (Infoblox), Public DNS & Domains, Akamai GTM/Geo, certificate management, automation (Terraform, Ansible, Python, Git), observability, reliability engineering, SRE practices, etc.
Lead automation strategy using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Git.
Implement observability and SRE frameworks.
Manage digital certificate lifecycle.
Vendor & Platform Management
Lead strategic vendor partnerships and contract optimization.
Ensure global platform resiliency and service delivery.
Operational Excellence
Ensure network availability, performance, and scalability.
Drive automation, AIOps, and reliability improvements.
Collaboration & Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to senior IT and business leaders on Network technology strategy and design.
Collaborate with global teams across Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, and Infrastructure & Operations.
Represent Network in global governance forums and architecture boards.
Mentor engineers, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and accountability

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Experience:
Experience leading global connectivity engineering and modernization
Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
Experience with budget management and business case development / investment justification
Proven track record in continuous improvement in connectivity & network security
Interact with Business and IT leaders and being able to explain IT in a very simple and understandable way
Experience managing the day-to-day service delivery of defined services provided by both internal and external service providers
Experience in working together with virtual teams and able to handle different cultures
Deep understanding of architectural practices
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge across various Network & Network Security technologies specifically SDWAN / routing, switching, wireless, DDI, ADC, SASE, firewalls, NAC, and other solutions
Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to balance vision with execution
Collaborative and inclusive leader who fosters global teamwork and shared accountability
Continuous learner with curiosity about emerging technologies and their business impact
Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex technical narratives
Ownership mindset – accountable for technology / architecture integrity and driving measurable business outcomes
