The team
The Legal Affairs team handles legal matters to protect PVH EMEA’s interests and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. This team sits within the European Legal Department.

A day in the life of our Legal Affairs intern.
The Legal Affairs Intern will support all kind of legal matters dealt with by the Legal department, including:
• Reviewing and drafting contracts and other (corporate) documents, with supervision.
• Supporting with requests and questions from our daily business regarding legal aspects of any kind e.g. marketing, product liability, e-commerce, privacy and IP.
• Conducting research and collecting information and know-how.
• Drafting and contributing to presentations and team meetings for the various sub-teams.
• Assisting on brand protection issues, corporate projects compliance and employment law matters.

Be all of you
We are looking for an enthusiastic student who is eager to learn about all different aspects of the legal work within an international organization.
• You are a bachelor or master student in European Law, civil law, company law, IP law, contract law and/or Dutch law;
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must; any other language is a plus;
• Accurate research skills, organizational and planning skills;
• Eye for detail, reliable, accountable and able to prioritize;
• Ready to go the extra mile!

Internship must-haves
• Located within approximately one hour traveling time from the Amsterdam Office
• Eligible to work within the EU
• Must be enrolled in full time continuing education
• Available from 01 Feb 2025 for a 6-month full time program
• Our internship program primarily focuses on practical experience and skill development; therefore, we are not able to support research focused internships.
