The team
The Merchandise Planning team is responsible for data-driven collection planning and decision making. They ensure the translation of long-term strategic growth into short-term and seasonal objectives, in a wholesale channel driven environment. They drive operational excellence through checking and balancing of key KPIs to achieve divisional and brand goals.


A day in the life of our Merchandise planning intern.
• Support on seasonal planning in alignment with seasonal and yearly targets, on growth drivers, merchandise flow and optimal balance product ability mix.
• Executing continuous checks and balances on seasonal collection development and forecasts, liaising with Product Merchandisers, Merchandise Planning Manager and Buying & Planning team.
• Support in the preparation for and attending key milestone meetings such as Market Strategy & Exchange, Country Review and Pricing Meetings.
• Updating existing reports and creating new aligned reports, for planning, check and balance purposes, and serve as basis for analysis by divisional stakeholders.
Be all of you
• You love data and know how to handle it. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI is highly desirable.
• Fluent and confident communicator in English, both written and verbal.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment with ad hoc deadlines.
• Methodical, numerical and analytical mindset.



Internship must-haves
• Located within approximately one hour traveling time from the Amsterdam Office
• Eligible to work within the EU
• Must be enrolled in full time continuing education
• Available from 01 Feb 2025 for a 6-month full time program
• Our internship program primarily focuses on practical experience and skill development; therefore, we are not able to support research focused internships.
