The Team
Within the Full Price Buying & Merchandising team, our mission is to ensure the Global Full Price product strategy is tailored to the regional needs, driving DTC performance and wholesale growth. The team plays a pivotal role in operational readiness and strategic alignment, working collaboratively with Hubs and broader CK teams to drive commercial performance. The Regional Merchandising team contributes to this mission by focusing specifically on product assortments for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with both global strategies and local consumer demands. This position is crucial in maintaining a seamless flow of communication and execution between global teams and regional sales. Together, these roles support overall strategic growth, operational efficiency, and the success of product categories.

The Position
In the Full Price Buying & Merchandising team, the focus is on ensuring that regional product assortments align with global strategies to drive commercial success. As a Regional Merchandiser, you will support the execution of merchandising strategies for the respective categories in the EMEA region. Reporting to the Senior Manager Regional Merchandising, you will assist with market analysis, product lifecycle management, forecasting, and the creation of sales tools. This role is essential in helping ensure that the product assortment meets market needs and aligns with global strategies, contributing directly to the success and profitability of the categories in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Regional Assortment Architecture: Take ownership of communicating and aligning regional product needs with global product teams, ensuring assortments are tailored to local market demands across wholesale and DTC channels, and contributing to the strategic development of product assortments.
• Assortment & Range Planning: Lead the planning process for product assortments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the regional product offering is optimized, available, and in line with the broader product strategy for the region.
• Market Insights & Feedback: Analyze and interpret sell-in, sell-out data, market trends, and consumer insights to generate actionable feedback that directly informs and shapes the regional product strategy. Proactively identify new product opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Sales Tools Creation: Develop and manage the creation of sales tools and materials, ensuring that product information, promotions, and training documents are effectively communicated to the sales teams, empowering them to maximize sales performance across the region.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Independently manage the lifecycle of products from launch to phase-out, ensuring products are updated, available, and aligned with both regional and global strategies. Work proactively to address any product availability issues or gaps.
• Coordination of Product Rollouts: Take a lead role in coordinating product rollouts and launches, ensuring smooth execution across markets and channels. Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure products are delivered on time, supported with the necessary materials, and promoted effectively.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proactively collaborate with global, hub, and planning teams to ensure regional needs and feedback are effectively integrated into global product development. Take ownership of communication to ensure alignment across all teams and stakeholders.

Measures of Success
Product selection and trend responsiveness: high levels of assortment success including sell out performance of new collections, speed to market for new trends, exclusive product performance 
Customer and market insight: accurate market insight including customer demand forecasting, customer ratings and reviews 
Range & option count, sell through rate, net sales and inventory levels 

Requirements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior.

• Menswear experience desirable.
• Proficiency with merchandising software (e.g., SAP, Excel) to track and manage product assortments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both regional and global teams.
• Able to work in a fast paced, matrix based, challenging environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Fluent English both written and verbal.  ​ 
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
