Procurement Specialist, Asia PacificPosition Summary:
The Procurement Specialist APAC is responsible for managing the sourcing and procurement of marketing-related goods and services for both CK and TH across APAC. This role will work closely with local procurement teams and market stakeholders in seeking cross-region synergy, bringing in industry best practice insight to business while ensuring cost efficiency, policy and contract compliance, and quality. The Associate should collaborate closely with the Marketing team and external vendors to deliver value-driven solutions that support brand initiatives and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage marketing expenses in indirect procurement scope and execute end to end procurement process from sourcing, negotiation, leading RFx activities, contract and compliance management and supplier performance management according to the latest APAC Indirect Procurement Policy
Analyze overall indirect procurement patterns and key suppliers in Marketing for both brands; formulate sourcing and negotiation strategies to optimize cost, process and quality.
Develop and manage a competitive supplier base; partner with local stakeholders to source new potential vendors and develop key supplier management plans for long-term strategic partners.
Lead RFx (RFI, RFQ, RFP, single negotiation) activities, negotiate contracts and commercial terms with suppliers in alignment with company policies and objectives.
Work closely with local stakeholders and procurement teams; ensure local market requirements are reflected and align with Global/APAC direction and actively identify cross-region synergies.
Ensure compliance with PVH policies, procedures, compliance and regulatory requirements.
Develop vendor partnerships through effective communication and ensure supplier performance aligns with our business goals.
Demonstrate initiative in resolving discrepancies, following up and closing procurement challenges and issues.
Experience:
3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in marketing categories
Exposure in MNC with experience working with different markets is a plus
Experience in category management, RFx, vendor due diligence and selection, supplier relationship management and proven record in driving cost saving initiatives
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Supply Chain, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.
Knowledge/Skills Required:
Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent in English is a must
Self-motivated, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
