The Department & Team

The product development teams are the bridge between vision and reality, transforming concepts into high-quality, innovative and sustainable garments - both physical and digital. With precision and expertise, product developers bring together the entire development process, ensuringa  seamless execution between the design, technical development, merchandising, the supply, buying & planning, and global teams. This team drives efficiency, refines processes, and pushes the boundaries of product development. It plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s identity, ensuring every piece reflects its DNA with craftsmanship and innovation.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure vendor intelligence is captured, analyze input, create vendor briefs

  • Secure maintaining of product quality & efficient workflows

  • Review styles & standard setting for the product group

  • Ensures all components working together (materials, construction, fit) from proto to bulk

  • Manage styleinformation in PLM sustaining product data integrity 

  • Ensures decision making during milestone activities

  • Review costing and provide solutions

  • Prepare seasonal initial style allocation based on vendor capabilities and sourcing strategy 

  • Contribute & prepare samples & product data within given deadlines

  • Ensures levels of key functional knowledge is optimized

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years industry related work experience within product development

  • BA and/or MA degree in fashion, clothing or textiles

  • High product knowledge of fashion apparel preferably within relevant product category

  • Knowledge in fabrics/trims quality and color approval

  • Inclusive team player with effective communication skills  and learning mindset

  • Used to cross collaborative work environments and building working relationships

  • Strong problem solving capabilities following standard procedures

  • Can manage work in a fast paced environment with a hands-on approach and constant changes

  • Strong self drive, pragmatic with a strong business mindset

  • Embodies PVH values of individuality, passion, accountability, partnership & integrity

  • Fluent in written and verbal English
