POSITION SUMMARY:
The Product Manager - Digital Asset Management (DAM) serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and our SaaS-based digital asset ecosystem. In this role, you will lead the strategy, adoption, and continuous improvement of our DAM platforms, ensuring they deliver measurable business value across creative, marketing, and commerce workflows.
As our organization increasingly leverages best‑in‑class SaaS solutions, this role focuses on driving platform optimization, feature enablement, integrations, and user experience enhancements rather than custom in‑house development. You will manage product roadmaps, guide configuration and implementation efforts, and partner closely with vendor teams, IT, and regional DAM specialists to scale global capabilities.
Success in this role requires a strong customer-centric mindset, the ability to distill business needs into actionable product requirements, and the leadership to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision. You will ensure our DAM platforms remain reliable, efficient, and positioned to support the growing needs of the enterprise.
In addition to product leadership responsibilities, the Product Manager – DAM contributes to daily platform operations by ensuring system reliability, responding to issues, and coordinating resolutions with vendors and internal teams. This role combines strategic product ownership with pragmatic, hands-on operational support.

Understand DAM strategies for PVH brands and translate them into technical/functional capabilities and product roadmaps.
Drive execution of digital initiatives and enhancements within the team.
Communicate with stakeholders and development partners, owning delivery and setting realistic expectations.
Work closely with the business product owner to create and maintain a value‑driven product backlog.
Ensure the DAM platform remains stable, performant, and reliable by monitoring system health and collaborating with IT, vendors, and support teams to resolve issues.
Run demos, presentations, and recurring stand‑ups to maintain alignment across contributors and stakeholders.
Triage incoming issues, assess severity and impact, and ensure timely resolution through internal teams or vendor support.
Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and processes that support global DAM operations.
Work with vendors to escalate critical issues, track progress, and ensure SLA compliance.
Support onboarding and operational readiness for new features, integrations, and user groups.
Analyze system data to identify recurring operational challenges and drive long‑term fixes or improvements.
Craft presentations and recommendations for the business on potential capabilities and enhancements to digital platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
Extensive hands-on experience with managing, implementing or augmenting Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms is a plus.
Strong understanding of enterprise content, product data, master data, and metadata management in a complex multi-systems landscape.
Proven experience defining, governing and evolving data models, metadata schemas and taxonomies.
Deep knowledge of digital asset (image) flows from production to PIM, DAM and downstream systems such as eCommerce and B2B sales systems.
Experience operating or supporting SaaS platforms, including issue triage, vendor management, and release coordination, is strongly preferred.
