OVERVIEW
Position Summary:
The Product Manager, Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) is responsible for the day-to-day management, enhancement, and reliable operation of PVH's financial planning and analytics platforms. This role ensures FP&A systems remain stable, performant, and equipped with the functionality needed to support recurring FP&A cycles, operational reporting, and business analysis.
Working closely with Finance, Technology, Data, and regional users, the Product Owner gathers and prioritizes requirements, manages the enhancement backlog, oversees system performance, and partners with support teams to resolve issues promptly. Responsibilities include coordinating releases, validating data loads and integrations, maintaining documentation, and enabling users through training, communication, and best-practice guidance.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Responsibilities:
•Contribute to the FP&A product roadmap, identifying opportunities to streamline planning processes, improve usability, and expand capabilities based on business needs and system performance trends.
•Drive alignment with Data, Finance, and Technology partners to ensure SAC design, data models, and integrations support long-term standardization and scalability across regions and functions.
•Manage day-to-day SAC platform operations, ensuring system stability, performance, and timely availability for planning and reporting cycles.
•Gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements from global and regional finance teams, translating them into actionable user stories and enhancements.
•Maintain and manage the product backlog, coordinating with IT and Finance and support teams to deliver updates, fixes, and new features.
•Coordinate with third party to ensure timely monitoring and resolution of system issues.
•Support planning and reporting cycles, ensuring SAC models, templates, and workflows function correctly and meet business timelines and requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
•5–7 years of hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), specifically in Planning, Reporting, Data Models, and system administration.
•Direct experience managing SAC planning models, including version management, data actions, advanced formulas, allocations, and workflow/task templates.
•Strong proficiency with SAC integration processes, including data imports, scheduled data loads, validation routines, and troubleshooting data failures.
•Experience configuring and maintaining SAC stories, reports, dashboards, and input templates used by FP&A teams.
•Knowledge of upstream systems connected to SAC (e.g., S/4HANA, BW, BPC) is a strong plus.
•Excellent communication and user support skills, with the ability to explain SAC functionality to non-technical stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Technology related field

•Backlog & Requirement Management – experience translating business needs into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and enhancement roadmaps.

•Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization; Strong customer, quality, and results orientation.
•Environment Governance & Release Management – skilled in managing dev/test/prod environments, coordinating releases, running regression testing, and preventing production disruptions.
•Collaborative and proactive with a strong service mindset and willingness to dig into issues to keep planning cycles running smoothly.
•Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under deadlines, especially during budget and forecast cycles.
Pay Range:$125,100---$169,300PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
