The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees, is in Düsseldorf and is the main location of around 500 employees.

Reporting to the Director Retail, you will be responsible for leading multiple Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein Outlet stores across South-West Germany. Your priorities will be to deliver a best-in-class PVH customer experience, drive operational excellence, develop high-performing store teams, strengthen omnichannel capabilities, and achieve sustainable and profitable growth.

A day in the life of a Retail Area Manager (m/f/x):

  • Leadership: You will inspire and lead your store teams, fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture that empowers people to succeed
  • People Development: You will recruit, coach, develop, and manage store teams to drive engagement, performance, and talent growth
  • Performance Management: You will drive commercial success by monitoring KPIs, analysing business performance, and implementing action plans to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Customer Experience: You will ensure your teams deliver a best-in-class PVH customer experience through excellent service standards and strong omnichannel execution
  • Visual Merchandising: You will ensure consistent implementation of PVH visual merchandising standards and continuously optimize store presentation with key business partners
  • Operations & Finance: You will oversee P&L performance, workforce planning, retail budgets, operational excellence, and support store openings and refits
  • Stakeholder Management: You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive business performance and operational excellence
  • Continuous Improvement: You will identify opportunities to improve store operations while promoting innovation, collaboration, diversity, and sustainability

What do we need from you? You have:

  • A university degree in Business Management or a comparable qualification, or equivalent professional experience within the fashion retail industry
  • 3–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within a multi-store environment
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse KPIs, P&L performance, and retail data to drive business decisions
  • Good knowledge of the fashion retail market, consumer trends, omnichannel retail, and customer behaviour
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement across people, processes, and systems
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Good digital skills, including Microsoft Office and retail systems such as SAP/Fiori, Workday, Storeforce, or similar
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region
