Performance driven

• Create a PVH best in class experience, which exceeds customary standards and service levels
• Ensure a seamless customer journey through training developing and leading by example
• Monitoring your team´s performance and motivating them to reach targets

People management

• Be a role model
• Responsible for coaching, developing and managing the store teams performance to deliver operational excellence
• Recruiting and training in-store management teams
• Implement and develop a close partnership with HR to support your stores 
• Create a “best practice” environment with all interfaces to expand the growth and knowledge of everyone involved
• Organize regularly area meetings with your team

Product management

• Manage, create, and optimize the VM guidelines and standards in your stores with the responsible business partners
• Control the PVH visual merchandise guidelines in our stores to guarantee a high service level and best customer experience
• Controlling merchandise, stock levels and selling reports for all stores

Planning & Finances

• High level of understanding and combining KPI´s
• Track and manage monthly P&L performance and staff planning
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets
• Create short term or/and long term activities for goal achievements
• Control and manage seasonal retail budgets for your stores

Expansion, work safety

• Control occupational safety measures (ASA)
• Managing store openings/refits/temp stores
• Partner up with team operations to develop and implement store processes
