As part of PVH’s broader Retail organization, we support the growth of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein by enabling store teams to focus on delivering exceptional consumer experiences. Our focus: operational rigor, cross-functional collaboration, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement to drive sustainable retail success.

The Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a key liaison between stores, merchandising teams, regional managers, and headquarters to ensure clear, structured, and timely communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Leading and coordinating Retail & Operations projects end-to-end, including store refits, openings and closures, ensuring alignment with brand standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Managing and optimizing retail information systems and digital tools (Futura, Outlook, Customer Counters, Tax-Free systems, reporting tools), ensuring operational efficiency and data reliability.
  • Coordinating cross-functional collaboration to guarantee smooth store operations.
  • Ensuring full compliance with operational procedures and supporting the continuous improvement of retail processes.
  • Partnering with the European Headquarters in Amsterdam to deploy the EMEA retail strategy within the South West Hub, ensuring local execution aligns with regional objectives.
  • Acting as an ambassador for retail teams, facilitating seasonal kick-offs and presentations, strengthening engagement and alignment with company strategy.

Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

  • Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken), used on a daily basis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and operational excellence.
  • Results-oriented, agile, and able to anticipate needs while being solution-driven.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and information systems.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to cross-functional or additional projects beyond day-to-day responsibilities.
