Senior Designer, Brand & ConceptThe Role
The Senior Designer, Brand & Concept supports the conception, development and execution of seasonal concepts through high-quality visual output across presentations, concept materials, and early-stage creative exploration.
Working closely with the Senior Art Director, the role focuses on translating conceptual direction into clear visual assets that support alignment across Business Units, Marketing, and internal stakeholders. The position is highly hands-on, contributing to concept visualization, presentation design, and the development of AI-assisted mockups and creative prototypes.
A strong sensitivity to fashion, contemporary culture, and the evolving zeitgeist is essential. The role contributes to shaping concepts that feel current, relevant, and desirable, helping translate high-level direction into visual outputs that resonate with today’s cultural landscape.
The role plays a key part in ensuring that seasonal concepts are communicated clearly, consistently, and efficiently across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Concept Visualization & Creative Support
• Support the development of seasonal concepts by translating direction into visual assets, layouts, and design explorations.
• Create concept boards, visual references, and early-stage outputs that help define and communicate seasonal narratives.
• Contribute to refining concepts through a strong point of view on fashion, cultural relevance, and contemporary visual language, ensuring outputs feel current and distinctive.
• Assist in maintaining visual consistency across concept materials in line with brand standards.
Presentations & Internal Communication
• Design and build high-quality presentations for internal and executive audiences.
• Ensure clarity, structure, and visual consistency across all presentation materials.
• Translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visual storytelling.
AI & Creative Prototyping
• Develop AI-generated mockups and visual prototypes to support concept development and early visualization.
• Assist in exploring and applying new tools and workflows that improve speed and clarity in the concept phase.
• Contribute to building a library of visual assets and references to support ongoing creative work.
Cross-Functional Support
• Collaborate with the Senior Art Director and relevant teams to support concept alignment across Business Units and Marketing.
• Provide visual support for key milestones such as Partner Day and Collection Handover.
• Assist in preparing materials that bridge concept and execution phases.
Workflow & Execution
• Manage multiple tasks across concept development, presentations, and creative outputs with strong attention to detail.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets across overlapping timelines.
• Maintain organized files and structured workflows to support team efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate
• 4–6+ years of experience in graphic design, fashion design, or concept development within a fashion or creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept visualization, presentation design, and visual storytelling.
• Strong eye for fashion and contemporary culture, with an instinct for what feels current, relevant, and visually compelling.
• Active interest in visual culture, including social media, as a driver of trends and creative direction.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows is a strong advantage.
• Strong layout, typography, and visual composition skills.
• Fluent in English.
