POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior eCommerce Analyst will 1) drive the SEO strategy for Tommy.com, identifying opportunities to boost organic search and enhance the site's performance and 2) help analyze trends, report on site and traffic KPIs, and support ongoing optimization initiatives to meet conversion and traffic goals 3) Evaluate and optimize key marketing initiatives on tommy.com.  This role will report to the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence, and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Media, and DigiOps. This role requires a detailed and strategic thinker, capable of working independently while also contributing to team efforts.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage 3rd party agencies to analyze and prioritize SEO recommendations. Work with internal cross functional partners to implement solutions.
  • Serve as the main liaison to Performance Marketing to ensure organic and paid search strategy complement each other.
  • Collaborate with marketing to find wins and opportunities between channel traffic and site destinations to drive qualified traffic to site.
  • Evaluate marketing initiatives on site, including seasonal campaigns, brand partnerships, Fashion Week, and special capsules or collaborations.
  • Liaison with global teams to ensure cohesiveness and efficiencies in SEO content and copy; especially with key marketing launches.
  • Work with Merchandising to understand must win categories to own in digital marketplace.
  • Analyze website performance, user behavior, and SEO metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to enhance user experience, increase traffic, and achieve conversion goals.
  • Be a key partner to marketing channel owners to optimize tactics and refine segmentation including channel specific offers, experiences or other opportunities to drive the eCommerce business.
  • Monitor Bounce Rates and work with Marketing on optimization areas, including but not limited to Page Speed improvements.
  • Assist with traffic projections to align with growth plans and trends.
  • Ad-hoc traffic analysis to ensure we are maximizing efforts.
  • Help Tommy.com stay competitive with efforts tied to GEO and AI Search opportunities.
  • Multi-task across simultaneous projects and deadlines, collaborating with appropriate team members

QUALIFICATIONS:

         

  • 3+ years’ experience in an E-commerce optimization and/or project management function
  • SEO experience, either at an agency or in-house
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Working knowledge with Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Decibel, Optimizely, Content Square, Looker Studio
  • Google Search Console, SEMRush or other SEO tools
  • Responsible for understanding of key industry metrics and best practices
  • Forward-thinking and anticipatory with ability to make educated decisions quickly based on experience and knowledge of business and best practices
  • Ability to display logic and strategy behind decision reasoning when challenges to project arise 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects independently with adherence to deadlines
  • Must be flexible and solution oriented with a positive attitude toward teamwork
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to quick changes, requests and deadlines
  • Ability to work successfully in a constantly evolving fast-paced and matrixed environment

Pay Range:$76,300---$103,100

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
