POSITION SUMMARY: 


Own daily marketplace operations and seasonal assortment planning across SEATH (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan) to deliver profitable growth for our brands on third‑party marketplaces and brand sites. Partner with cross‑functional teams, enablers, and platforms to ensure on‑time launches, sharp pricing and promotions, robust inventory health, and best customer experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

3rd Party E-Commerce Marketplace Operations: Collaborate with enablers to facilitate seamless daily operations of e-commerce business on third-party marketplaces. This includes tasks such as product listing, pricing, promotion, inventory allocation, order processing, and accounting reconciliation.

Overall E-Commerce Merchandise Strategy Planning: Drive the planning of e-commerce assortment across official sites and third-party marketplaces. To achieve an appealing and relevant product assortment for our e-commerce platforms, ensuring a balance of new arrivals, bestsellers, and seasonal collections to drive sales and customer engagement.

3rd Party E-Commerce Marketplace Buying: Support the 3rd Party E-commerce Marketplace buy process including forecasting merchandise quantities, raising orders, tracking delivery schedules, and revising buys when necessary to optimize inventory levels.

Contracts Management: Handle negotiation and implementation of contracts between PVH and third-party marketplaces or vendors to support the 3rd party marketplace business launch.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (such as marketing, merchandising, and operations) to ensure alignment and seamless execution of e-commerce strategies, and maintain external relationships and work with enablers, vendors, and platform operators.

Business Analysis: Monitor the performance of our e-commerce business on third-party marketplaces, analyze sell-through data, and propose and execute trading actions to improve sales performance.

Alignment with Brand and Campaigns: Develop and monitor e-commerce marketing plans for 3rd Party E-Commerce Marketplace that align with brand marketing and online strategies to drive sales and enhance the online presence of our products.

Market Insights: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and developments in assigned geographic markets. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6–8+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating proven ownership of marketplace growth across multiple markets.
  • Track record of leading agencies or junior staff. (Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager role.)
  • Hands‑on expertise in pricing files, campaign set‑up, and daily trading operations.
  • Demonstrated success in seasonal launches, pricing & promotional strategies, and inventory/replenishment planning.
  • Strong commercial acumen with solid analytical skills; highly organized, accountable, and effective in fast‑paced environments.
  • Ability to adapt and take ownership in dynamic settings.
  • Skilled in data‑driven decision‑making and problem‑solving.
  • Excellent planning, organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow‑through.
  • Clear communicator with proven ability to collaborate across markets and with diverse partners.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Experience with SAP and proficiency in Power BI will be considered a strong asset.
