About the role:


The TH Global Brand Finance team is a key function within the organization that oversees global brand financial target setting, planning, analysis & reporting to support strategic decision-making, optimize profitability, and drive sustainable business growth.
As the Sr Analyst of TH Global Investments/OPEX, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis for TH Global Product teams (current and future). You will partner with senior leadership across the Product organization to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and drive operational efficiency. 

What you'll do:


    1. Financial Planning and Analysis: 
•   Develop and manage end-to-end financial planning for the global product kitchen, including Supply.
•   Collaborate closely with BU and Central team leads to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve investment efficiency, and ensure alignment with strategic goals 
•   Develop and maintain BU-based dashboards, reports, and financial models that provide visibility into performance metrics and resource allocation
    2. Global Expense Management: 
•   Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process for global product teams.
•   Oversee month-end close, including journal preparations, variance analysis versus budget
•   Ownership of T&E. Freelancer (inc. FG approvals) and Inspirational Samples budgets for global product teams.
•   Manage contingency planning and reallocation of resources as needed.
    3. Operational Efficiency: 
•   Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs across all product departments. (i.e., End-to-end samples planning project)
•   Develop and implement process improvement initiatives
•   Partner with procurement to create efficiencies and savings
    4. BU Profitability: 
•   Together with the Global Brand Planning team, develop and maintain the BU P&L (from sales to EBIT), partnering with stakeholders in product, marketing, and finance teams across the TH Global organization to create visibility and transparency on the BU's direct and indirect profitability reporting

What you'll bring:


•    Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
•    Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis
•    Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.

• Experience with managing large budgets and complex financial models.

•    A strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
•    Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, etc.).
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    End-to-end planning with a proactive approach.
•    Experience in a fast-paced, global environment.
•    Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different regions and departments.
