The Team
PVH is transforming the fashion industry through full digitization, with technology at the center of its strategy. The Technology team drives the company’s tech vision by delivering strategies and tools that support business growth and create value for employees, customers, and consumers.
Within this framework, the Regional I&O team plays a key role as the bridge between regional stakeholders and the global Infrastructure & Operations organization. The Regional I&O Lead ensures that local infrastructure, operations, and support align with the global IT strategy while meeting regional needs.
Overall, the Regional I&O team is essential in enabling PVH’s broader ambition to build Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger into the world’s most desirable lifestyle brands and position PVH as a top-performing brand group in the industry.
The Position
Reporting to the IT Director I&O EMEA, the IT Manager plays a key role in overseeing robust and efficient local IT operations. Acting as the primary on-site touchpoint for the global IT organization, the role ensures the smooth delivery of IT services, the successful execution of initiatives, and strong alignment with PVH’s strategic objectives. By partnering closely with local teams and regional stakeholders, the IT Manager addresses specific business needs while maintaining consistency with global standards. Through this collaboration, the IT Manager strengthens system performance, enhances operational continuity, and supports the ongoing evolution of PVH’s technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• IT Operations & Infrastructure: Ensure reliable regional IT infrastructure, monitor system performance, document processes, and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Vendor Management: Oversee managed service providers, evaluate performance, drive improvements, and support contract negotiations with global teams.
• Demand Management: Partner with stakeholders to anticipate regional IT needs, scale services effectively, and prioritize demand based on business requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Use metrics and data to optimize services, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate daily activities, mentor IT staff, and support professional development.
• Strategic Collaboration: Align regional operations with global I&O strategy, assess local needs, and contribute to IT solution design with business stakeholders.
• Project Management: Lead and support IT projects, plan regional initiatives, and ensure timely delivery in coordination with Corporate IT.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with local teams, provide timely support, and communicate IT updates and initiatives.
• Policies & Standards: Implement IT policies and quality standards in alignment with Corporate IT.
• Incident & Risk Management: Handle local incidents, escalate when needed, and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity.
• Other Duties: Support procurement processes, lead IT onboarding, promote harmonization of IT solutions, travel occasionally, and perform additional tasks as required.
