About the job:

The Sr. Manager of Associate Listening & Insights at PVH Corp offers an outstanding opportunity to lead in a dynamic environment passionate about our associates. As an influential member of the Global Talent Team, you will spearhead PVH's global strategy for capturing feedback and understanding associate experiences. You’ll manage the design and deployment of talent assessments, utilizing your expertise in psychometrics to develop tools and methods that meet the organization's goals. This role requires excellent communication skills to share data-driven insights across all levels, ensuring every voice is heard and valued.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development and execution of PVH’s global strategy for capturing associate feedback and understanding their experiences.

  • Aggregate large datasets to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions and tangible results.

  • Develop future associate listening roadmaps and advise internally to assess and address listening insights needs.

  • Apply psychometric expertise to craft and implement talent assessment tools and methods.

  • Manage the executive coaching program and look after the cadre of internal coaches

  • Communicate data-driven insights effectively to colleagues at various levels, ensuring a shared understanding and alignment on goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives that improve associate experiences

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in leading complex, large-scale projects within a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Expertise in psychometrics and the development of talent assessment tools.

  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage collaborators at all levels.

  • A diligent and thorough approach, ensuring flawless execution in all initiatives.

  • Ambitious and driven approach, with the ability to successfully implement innovative solutions.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to compete in a dynamic market, bringing fresh ideas and creative problem-solving to the table.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:            

  • Experience (5+ years) leading global survey and engagement processes and/or talent assessment in a complex, multinational organization.

  • Proven track record of driving positive change through data insights and evidence-based decision making.

Education:  

  • Degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or related field preferred.

Pay Range:$130,000 - $165,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
