The Team
The Global Logistics Excellence function defines for the end-to-end Logistics network, from Inbound transport to Consumer/Customer/Store drops, how “good” should look like today and tomorrow. It supports the delivery of the multi-year Logistics ambition on cost, customer service and carbon emission reduction (3C Concept), that ties into the PVH+ Next Chapter Plan.
The Logistics ambition is captured in the Logistics+ Masterplan, under which the team designs and drives strategic initiatives, programs and processes. One key vertical to enable the Logistics Operation to perform at the highest & most competitive standard is centered on building out Digital Logistics, to establish best in class systems, processes and data management techniques, to lift the Logistics capabilities of PVH.
The Position
In this role you will be working across multiple levels and regions with the Supply Chain teams as well as partnering functions within PVH to establish and to prioritize the company’s needs for Digital Logistics capabilities. Based on the agreed needs, your responsibility will be to identify and to implement leading systems, processes and data management techniques.
This is a new position recognizing the strategic importance of driving a cohesive and integrated Logistics agenda and the need to underpin the Logistics+ Plan with critical digital capabilities to support the delivery of the PVH+ Plan, whilst transforming the Logistics network.
The successful candidate will exhibit excellent communication and project management skills, strong strategic influencing skills, effective problem solving and negotiation skills and the ability to foster partnerships.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB
Lead the Digital Logistics vertical of the Logistics+ Plan:
Responsible for the successful delivery of all projects and initiatives that sit under the Digital Logistics vertical of the Logistics+ Plan, including: i) Designing an integrated Global Logistics Tech Stack, ii) Developing a Logistics Digital Twin and Data Lake, iii) Developing a Logistics Advanced Analytics & Power BI, iv) Automating Logistics processes, vi) Designing a Cost to Distribute Engine, vii) Implementing a Transport Management System,
Tech Stack Design:
Collaborate with IT, Data & Analytics and Logistics Operations teams to deliver Logistics Digital Twin reporting and simulation tool (SAP WMS, SAP ERP, SAP BW, PowerBI)
Integrate systems in a phased approach across all three regions
Support IT teams in implementing robust cybersecurity protocols
Select core technologies and define core standards to establish Global Logistics Tech Stack and Digital Roadmap
Develop and implement technology update / maintenance schedules
Logistics Data Lake:
Engage with Data & Analytics and Logistics teams to define the AS-IS and TO-BE picture for Logistics data integration into PVH’s data lake
Craft a roadmap with Data & Analytics for the extraction, transformation and upload of any missing data into the data lake, map the relevant data sources
Mobilize resources necessary across the organization for the filling of the data lake
Develop data cleansing routines and design a governance model for data management to protect data quality
Logistics Advanced Analytics & Power BI:
Work with IT and Data & Analytics teams to integrate existing data sources including the PVH data lake into the Logistics Cockpit
Develop operational, executive and simulation dashboards in Power BI
Build predictive and prescriptive analytics supporting logistics optimization
Automate reporting processes and enable self-service analytics capabilities
Compile user training and drive adaptation of the Logistics Cockpit
Transport Management System:
Through close connection with IT and Logistics Operations teams define requirements and scope for a Transport Management system
Through Regional Logistics teams establish a size of prize for increased efficiencies driven by using a Transport Management System
Create a business case for the introduction of a Transport Management System by working closely with Global & Regional IT, Finance, Procurement and Logistics teams
Implement a Transport Management System in one pilot region, roll out globally to all regions in a phased approach, support go live/post go live period
Process Automation:
Develop and keep updated a classification logic for Logistics processes and map these accordingly
Engage with Regional Logistics, IT, Data & Analytics and Finance teams to identify Logistics process automation opportunities with MS Power Automate (or similar tools)
Prioritize automation opportunities through relevant formats to maximize efficiency unlocks
Work with Regional Logistics and Data & Analytics on selection of adequate automation solutions and develop automation scripts
Pilot automation in controlled environments and lead for global roll-out of proven automation solutions
Cost to Distribute Engine:
Collaborate with Regional Logistics and Finance to define Logistics metrics for trade-off decisions under the 3C-concept (Customer Service, Cost to distribute, Carbon emissions)
Scope Logistics activities (depth and upstream/downstream boundaries) to be mapped and costed, arrange for sign-off with relevant stakeholders
Iterate design for accurate reflection of true fulfillment cost on ship-to level
Build out functionality in the digital twin to flex input values for the Logistics metrics, allowing for targeted optimization of the Logistics operation as required

Internal: Global Logistics Center of Excellence, Global Supply Leadership Team incl. Chief Supply Officer, Global and Regional IT and Data & Analytics Teams, Global and Regional Finance Teams, Global and Regional Procurement Teams, Regional Operations Teams including the Chief Operating Officers, Regional Logistics Teams in Warehouse and Transport, Regional Planning Teams across channels.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct: At present, no full-time associates are planned to be reporting into the position
Indirect: Ongoing project team responsibilities under the umbrella of the Logistics+ Plan and the Digital Logistics vertical. The size of the project teams will vary from 5 to 30 associates with multiple projects to be led in parallel.

DECISION MAKING
Lead the identification and design of best-in-class Digital Logistics systems, processes and data management techniques, while balancing conflicting Logistics priorities under the 3C concept.
Lead diverse projects teams through iterative decision-making processes to establish global standards and land these in the regions.
Constantly balance regional needs with harmonized global standards.

Lead multiple projects with overlapping project timelines in parallel
Find creative ways to engage different levels of the organization to create buy-in for the Logistics+ Plan and Digital Logistics vertical
Build out plug-and-play interfaces between PVH’s Logistics organization and external capability partners
ENVIRONMENT: PVH Corp. is currently going through business transformation on all levels of the organization, including Supply Chain and Logistics. This role is expected to operate and to deliver in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment, where current responsibilities are often unclear. Many aspects of the Logistics+ Plan and the request to drive value through end-to-end integration are new introductions to the organization. This must be reflected in the approach towards the team to work with. The scope of the role is global, thus requiring the ability to successfully engage and motivate remote and diverse teams using digital meeting technologies, e.g. Microsoft Teams, whilst the role will require travel for ca. 10% of the time.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Supply Chain Management or IT
Demonstrated ability to manage large Digital Logistics projects for impact
Ability to leverage outside-in perspectives for incremental value creation
Experience in leading multi-national project teams in a global context
Track record of successfully designing and implementing new process designs
Experience of working in consulting is a plus
University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or Finance
Skills:
Strong business acumen, data savviness and ability to manage up
Proactive mindset, ability to work independently, with a ‘can do’ attitude
Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations with adaptive leadership styles
Strategic influencing skills and ability to listen actively are a must
