The Team

This role sits within Marketing Operations, the organizational and creative production arm of the Marketing department. The team partners closely with Creative and Marketing to drive collaboration, establish efficient ways of working, and deliver high-quality creative output on time and within budget.

Marketing Operations consists of four pillars: Operations, Project Management, Production, and PVH Studios. Together, the team is responsible for the brand’s global creative output, including campaigns, brand design, and PDP content, helping to build brand desirability through compelling storytelling and design.

The Role

The Senior Manager, Production is responsible for leading the planning and execution of content production across Tommy Hilfiger’s global brand, marketing, editorial, and commerce initiatives. This role combines creative production expertise with strong operational management to deliver best-in-class content across digital, social, editorial, and emerging platforms.

Working closely with Creative, Marketing, Social, Editorial, and external partners, this individual will oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with Tommy Hilfiger’s global brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end production of content across campaigns, editorial, commerce, and social initiatives.

  • Manage production timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality content and creative assets.

  • Oversee relationships with photographers, videographers, editors, production partners, and vendors.

  • Ensure all content meets brand standards and channel-specific requirements.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and provide leadership throughout the production process.

  • Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, efficiencies, and ways of working.

  • Support the delivery of innovative, culturally relevant content that drives brand engagement.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years of experience in content, editorial, or creative production within a brand, agency, or creative organization.

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end content production across multiple channels and platforms.

  • Strong understanding of content creation, photography, video production, social media, and digital content.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience managing agencies, production partners, and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
