PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

Order Process and Shipment Arrangement: Manage sales order process to ensure smooth order fulfillment, starting from seasonal market launch, replenishment to delivery. This includes operational and administrative tasks such as preparing presentation materials, creating product line list, maintaining sales order record and product pricing in systems, planning inventory allocation, tracking delivery schedules, and monitoring payment process.

Business Development: Identify new market opportunities to drive expansion. Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain external relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Work closely with internal teams (such as marketing, merchandising, and logistics) to ensure alignment and seamless execution of wholesale strategies.

Business Analysis: Monitor sell-in and analyze sell-through data. Propose and execute trading actions to improve sales performance. Maintain sales reporting such as shipment tracker, actual bought summary by brands, monthly shipment forecast and promotional expense summary.

Alignment with Brand & Campaigns: Develop and monitor marketing and promotional plans that align with brand marketing and online strategies to drive sales and enhance brand presence.

Market Insights: Monitor customer feedback, analyze market trends and competitor activity, to identify business development opportunities and areas for improvement in wholesale operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor degree holder or above
• At least 5+ years sales & marketing experience, ideally working with international brands with wholesale knowledge
• Experience in Asia Pacific markets would be preferred

Skill

• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin other languages a plus
• Computer literate, particularly with excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel, & other Office applications
