About the Digital Innovation Team
The Digital Innovation team is at the forefront of transforming how consumers and partners experience our brands at PVH. We lead innovation across the company by combining 3D asset creation with the latest advancements in AI, especially in image and video generation.
Our work spans both brand and commercial needs: from immersive digital experiences to high-quality, consistent 3D assets used in sales and merchandising. We’re breaking away from traditional workflows to deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions that unlock creativity and drive performance.

Senior Specialist Asset Coordinator
As an Sr Specialist Asset Coordinator, you will lead and support the operational aspects of developing and optimizing our 3D initiatives for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.
Working within the Digital Selling team, you will collaborate closely with 3D artists, external vendors, and creative agencies to streamline 3D and AI processes across our digital selling platforms. Your focus will be on ensuring the delivery of high-quality 3D and AI assets for a variety of channels, including wholesale, retail, e-commerce, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and scale clear, efficient workflows for 3D processes; primarily using Browzwear and our in-house platform, Hub3D.
- Act as the go-to expert for 3D development at the selling stage, with a focus on workflow optimization and delivery consistency.
- Collaborate closely with offshore production teams and global brand teams to ensure alignment and execution at scale.
- End to end process involvement, always striving for a better outcome.
- Proactively explore and implement new ways to improve digital output; bringing curiosity, initiative, and innovation to the team.
- Remain flexible and agile in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of ownership over timelines and deliverables.
- Oversee project management tasks (e.g. calendar planning, quality assurance, stakeholder alignment, target tracking)
- Apply advanced skills in Browzwear; working knowledge of CLO, Excel and Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus.
Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

- Timely and consistent delivery of high-quality 3D and AI assets for all selling channels
- Clear, scalable workflows established and adopted across key teams
- Efficiency improvements in the digital production pipeline (time saved, errors reduced, cost impact)
- Strong internal stakeholder satisfaction (e.g. sales, marketing, design teams)
- Successful collaboration with offshore teams and smooth alignment with global brand teams
- Positive business impact through digital innovation (e.g. higher sell-through rates, engagement metrics)
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree
- 3+ years of experience working in 3D product development, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry
- In-depth knowledge of product development processes, product development value chain and buying and selling processes.
- Expert-level skills in Browzwear are required
- Experience working with 3D pipelines or platforms (e.g. Hub3D or similar in-house tools)
- Strong understanding of workflow design and optimization in a digital product creation environment
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones
- A digital mindset — curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve tools, processes, and outcomes
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with agility
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Bonus: familiarity with CLO, Adobe Creative Suite and Excel
