The Team
Commercial Operations mission is to deliver operational excellence, commercial precision, and digital enablement at scale—empowering our teams to create meaningful impact and elevate every customer experience across Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.
Within Commercial Operations, the Strategy & Program Management pillar is responsible for:
Defining the strategic direction for Commercial Operations
Driving prioritization and alignment across commercial functions and technology partners
Leading the execution of key strategic programs and projects that enable operational and commercial excellence
This role is part of the Strategy & Program Management team within Commercial Operations.
The Position
As a Senior Specialist, Strategy, reporting to the Director of Strategy & Program Management, you will lead the end‑to‑end process of shaping and defining the strategic direction for the Commercial Operations organization.
In this role, you will work in close partnership with key Commercial Operations leaders, including the VP Digital Wholesale Selling, Senior Director Retail Operations, Senior Director eCommerce Operations, and VP Digital Consumer Operations, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all operational pillars.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Alignment
Initiate and support the development and planning of Commercial Operations’ annual and quarterly strategic plans
Partner with the Analytics team to conduct quantitative analysis on business performance, operational KPIs, customer behavior, and process metrics
Perform additional quantitative and qualitative analysis as needed to strengthen strategic recommendations
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to gather market research, identify emerging trends, and assess competitive and growth opportunities
Develop insight‑driven recommendations for operational improvement, business growth, and risk mitigation
Develop insight‑driven recommendations that support operational improvement, business growth, and risk mitigation
Connect the dots across inputs from operational pillars—challenging, refining, and strengthening objectives to ensure strategic clarity and coherence
Align operational priorities with brand expectations and overarching brand strategies, ensuring Commercial Operations effectively enable brand ambition
Facilitate alignment across cross‑functional leaders and ensure strategic priorities are clearly communicated, understood, and cascaded throughout the organization
Translate insights and objectives into clear initiatives with measurable outcomes for each Commercial Operations pillar
Strategic Presentations & Executive Reporting
Create high quality strategic presentations, C suite level briefs, and narrative documents for Commercial Operations leadership and the Executive Team
Prepare materials for leadership reviews, business performance discussions, and cross functional steering committees
Support the creation of strategic dashboards and KPI frameworks in partnership with Data & Analytics teams
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across Commercial Operations processes
Monitor and share emerging industry trends, best practices, and innovation areas with relevant teams
Contribute to the development of frameworks, governance models, and operating rhythms that enhance operational effectiveness

Business impact delivered to the brands (e.g., revenue contribution, efficiency gains, NPS improvement, OPEX reduction)
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required)
3–6 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, PMO, or commercial transformation roles
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
Strong ownership mindset with a bias for clarity and action
Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities
Proven ability to influence without authority and manage diverse stakeholders effectively
Ability to bring structure to unstructured or ad‑hoc requests and adapt approaches as priorities shift
Ability to interpret data, build insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations
Exceptional written and visual communication skills
Proven ability to work with multiple teams—Wholesale Ops, Retail Ops, eCom Ops, Digital Product, Finance, Analytics and Technology
Solid understanding of retail, e‑commerce, omnichannel operations, or consumer‑focused businesses (preferred)
Experience working in a global or matrixed organization (preferred)
Interest in innovation, consumer‑centric design, and digital excellence
