Responsibilities:
Execute the payroll process and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
Manage compensation and benefits administration, including designing and updating policies
Administer all compensation and benefit programs including MPF and medical enrollment Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align total rewards programs with business goals and objectives
Analyze compensation data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards programs through key metrics and analytics
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in total rewards, compensation and benefits, or related HR field
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct data-driven research and make strategic recommendations
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, with the ability to generate reports and analyze data
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in developing and implementing total rewards strategies and programs
Strong understanding of compensation structures, incentive programs, and benefits packages
Ability to adapt to changing regulations and market trends to ensure total rewards programs remain competitive
Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS platforms, and payroll software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work processes
