The Team
The Tommy Hilfiger Global Store Design and Visual Experience department is responsible for providing consumers the most compelling windows, store and showroom experiences across all markets. Working collaboratively with the APAC, Americas and EMEA regions, the global team delivers the strategy, concepts and tools required for regional rollout.
The Windows & Concepts design team is an agile, specialised team of architects, interior and graphic designers who oversee the creative strategy and seasonal concepts for windows, pop-ups and showrooms worldwide, working in close collaboration with Global Marketing to bring our big brand stories to life across all consumer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualise, design and execute seasonal showroom spaces, working closely with Visual Merchandising and Store Concept Teams.
Conceptualise, design and execute captivating window and pop up designs that communicate the Tommy Hilfiger brand and create a unified brand story and visual alignment across global regions.
Collaborate with TH product designers to creative research and build strong creative concepts around given themes and seasonal product focuses.
Create concept presentations developing mood boards, sketches, 3d models and final renders for internal and external review.
Collaborate with graphic designers to develop 2D assets for windows, pop-ups and showrooms.
Collaborate with the production specialists to ensure accurate execution of designs, considering construction details, material specifications and budget requirements.
Support in key EMEA window and showroom overnight installations.
Support remotely the delivery and roll out of seasonal concepts to the global PVH showroom locations (30+) and regional teams.
Working with external vendors on the production and build of projects.
The Ideal Candidate
Passionate & knowledgeable about fashion, art, interiors & creative design fields.
An eye for detail and a natural sense of style.
Ability to convey and present creative ideas confidently and coherently with strong ideation skills and conceptual thinking.
Ability and willingness to work collaboratively, balancing creativity with commercial awareness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, open and receptive to feedback from all layers of the business.
Strong awareness of design trends, in-tune with competitors and the wider industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of materials, construction methods and design details.
Confident, independent and pro-active team player.
Consistent in delivery and able to work to short timelines.
A good understanding of budgeting & planning, able to design to cost, creating technical drawing packs for tender and construction.
A good understanding of 2D graphics as well as 3D product design.
Strong global mindset with an awareness of cultural differences.
Willingness to travel as and when required.
Requirements
Related university degree with a minimum of 4+ years work experience in window & interior design (or related design fields)
Highly skilled in SketchUp, essential to the role (with V-Ray for rendering a plus)
Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Confident user of AutoCAD (or similar)
Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
CV and portfolio (with examples of design development and concept work).
