The Sr Coordinator, Licensing Operations, will provide day-to-day support to the Director of Licensing Operations by assisting with licensing reporting, presentations, and process documentation. This role will help ensure smooth communication across cross-functional teams and contribute to the licensing organization’s overall efficiency, driving growth and brand relevance for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of leadership presentations, including onboarding decks, monthly updates, and business overviews

  • Compile, update, and distribute recurring sales reports

  • Track and synthesize distribution and door counts across licensees and markets

  • Schedule Monthly Business Reviews with external partners

  • Maintain and update reporting tools and process documentation, including strategic trackers and calendars

  • Coordinate monthly or quarterly store visits and prepare follow-up summaries

  • Lead cross-functional planning and execution of the annual licensing summit, including agenda development, partner coordination, and event logistics

  • Assist in building business cases with Wholesale, Finance, and Strategy teams to inform key decisions

  • Drive and execute ad hoc projects from inception to completion, taking ownership or providing support to the Director of Licensing Operations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Licensing, Buying, Planning, Strategy Consulting, or related retail/fashion functions

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data visualization

  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy

  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. Comfortable working with new or ambiguous topics

  • Strong time management skills with ability to work on multiple projects with multiple teams at once

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Interest in the retail/fashion industry

Pay Range:$76,300---$103,100

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
