Sr Manager Global Merchandising, Women's CTB

Position summary:

The Merchandise Manager is responsible for implementing the brand vision through the lens of our consumer profiles. They are accountable for developing a 360 lifestyle offer for our close to body categories: underwear, loungewear, sport, and swim. This position collaborates closely with the cross-functional teams, vendors, and regional merchants to ensure the range plan addresses a global brand vision while also meeting local needs!

Primary responsibilities/accountabilities of the job:

  • Drives the global product vision through the co-creation of the range plan in partnership with regional merchandising and design.
  • Brings customer and market prospective to the design and product development process. Thoroughly understands the brand's target customer by tracking attitude and lifestyle trends.
  • Leads adherence to sku count KPIs and target alignment goals for all development in CTB categories.
  • Figures out must buy assortment with the Planning team to ensure accurate investments are put behind must buys.
  • Leads calendar adherence for Global Merchandising deliverables and cross-functional critical deadlines.
  • Collaborates with Design and Marketing to identify seasonal brand and product messaging.
  • Leads product assortment details and facilitates product changes.
  • Works with Sourcing partners to complete product development needs, track samples, and review proto costing.
  • Collaborates with planning partners on global pricing strategies to ensure key global programs are aligned and meeting global targets.
  • Partners with Marketing, Packaging and VM on 360 product marketing and packaging approach across all channels of distribution.
  • Works alongside global planning, analyze global bookings, reporting out on conclusions and key merchandising KPI’s (adoption rates, style efficiency, and alignment).
  • Provides regional teams with product knowledge and serves as an informational resource.

Qualifications & experience:

Experience: 6-8 years of Global Merchandising experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Merchandising

Skills:

  • Profound understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong product sense with proven experience in driving product assortments from conceptualization to point of sale!
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills

Internal: Global Merchandising, Global Design, Global Supply, Global Marketing, and Regional Merchandisers

Pay Range:$125,000 - $150,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
