About the Role:

The Senior Manager, Treasury  FX and Capital Markets will have ownership of PVH’s FX Hedging Program and partner with the VP, Assistant Treasurer in all aspects of PVH’s capital structure and capital allocation strategy. The Senior Manager, Treasury will also support the VP, Assistant Treasurer, EVP, Treasurer and the Executive Leadership Team in strategic transactions, such as acquisitions and divestitures.

This position will have direct responsibility over PVH’s FX portfolio, its administration and compliance, working in close collaboration with the Assistant Treasurer, Corporate Treasury and the Treasury team based in Bridgewater, NJ, and the regional Treasury teams based in Amsterdam, Hong Kong, and Sao Paulo, as part of one, cohesive global Treasury organization.

In addition, this position will partner with the VP, Assistant Treasurer and the expanded global Treasury team to deliver the global Treasury strategy, focusing on continuous improvement, organizational change, and the implementation of strategic Treasury initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Build strong partnerships across the organization at a global level to ensure efficient flow of information and consistency in execution of all Treasury activities related with the scope of the Senior Manager, Treasury in the FX and Capital Markets area.
  • Assess PVH’s FX exposure using risk management tools and recommend strategies to reduce risk and increase efficiency of our hedging program
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and complete FX transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain models to handle PVH's FX exposure including exposure by currency, hedge coverage, hedge rate, all-in rate, and compliance with hedging policy.
  • Build and maintain managerial reports to measure performance of PVH’s hedging program and recommend strategies to optimize results
  • Coordinate cross functional teams across Tax, Legal, Accounting and other functions in all aspects of FX activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all of PVH’s key banking partners in FX 
  • Support the VP, Assistant Treasurer on all capital structure and capital allocation actions, including debt repayment/borrowing, stock repurchase program, commercial paper, dividends, among others.
  • Develop models to help the VP, Assistant Treasurer, and EVP, Treasurer build efficient capital structure and allocation strategies for PVH. Forecast how business decisions may impact credit ratings.
  • Support VP, Assistant Treasurer in creating key message/strategy and preparing presentations to the Board of Directors, Rating Agencies, and the Executive Leadership Team
  • Support monitoring of debt covenant compliance and work with accounting and legal to ensure the organization is operating within the parameters of the agreements.
  • Support due diligence and integration of treasury activities in all M&A projects.
  • Coordinates with auditors (internal and external) for annual and internal audit procedures- meeting all SOX requirements as well as External auditors on Quarterly basis.
  • Instill the culture of a high performing team within Treasury, leading and mentoring team members in their development and delivery of innovative, high-quality work-product to internal and external collaborators. Directly responsible for employee development, engagement and retention.
  • Lead and/or participate in additional projects as needed.

What You'll Bring

Experience:   8+ years in combination of treasury and finance roles within global, complex organization of significant scale.

Education: MBA or equivalent experience.

Skills:

  • Proven experience working with financial institutions, rating agencies, and proven knowledge of corporate finance, international finance and banking practices.
  • Strong financial competence; understanding of how businesses operate. Ability to weigh financial risks and explore options suitable for different scenarios.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, including foreign exchange and interest rate risk management, capital markets (debt, equity), asset liability management, etc.
  • Proficient in accounting concepts and familiar with Financial Documents, as well as the correlation between Treasury actions and the organization's financial outlook.
  • Influential communicator, able to translate sophisticated technical topics into easy-to-understand concepts for those not familiar with Treasury and financial markets jargon.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with strong technical knowledge of the Treasury function.
  • Consistent track record of success elevating the performance of teams by building trust and engaging while establishing very high expectations for the quality of the work product delivered by Treasury.
  • Proven grit and ambition. Aims to achieve the extraordinary. Does not compromise. Measures personal success from their contribution to Company success far above the expected. Ability to drive transformation and improvements in execution.
  • Fluent in English, multicultural; comfortable working with people at all levels and across the organization, and with banking or other third-party partners.

Pay Range:$150,000 - $170,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
