Reporting into PVH’s Store Development organization, this role plays a key supporting role in the company’s ongoing transformation toward a data-driven, consumer-centric, and demand-led retail model. Working in close partnership with both the Global Store Development and the Leasing team, this position will provide analytical, spatial, and strategic insights that help inform the direction of PVH’s retail portfolio, with a focus on optimizing new developments, remodels, and consolidations across markets. The role will be to translate strategic goals into actionable insights and portfolio recommendations, ensuring alignment across brands, regions, and functions. By synthesizing data, architectural, spatial, market, and operational insights, the Store Development Analyst will develop strategies that enable executive decision-making, foster cross-functional collaboration, and break down silos. The role will empower a faster, leaner, and more integrated organization. Through the expertise in design, architecture, data, and business intelligence, the Store Development Business Analyst will influence decisions that shape PVH’s long-term growth and drive operational efficiency globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build executive dashboards, frameworks, and scenario models to provide clear visibility into performance, risk, and opportunity.
  • Conduct global portfolio analysis to optimize store performance, market potential, and footprint strategy.
  • Support the transition from legacy portfolio models to a simplified, regionally optimized network aligned with strategic priorities defined by Store Development.
  • Advise senior executives and cross-functional teams, ensuring insights are embedded into strategy, operations, and design.
  • Conduct market assessments to validate data, identify opportunities, and guide portfolio decisions.
  • Provide thought leadership on retail strategy, architecture-informed planning, and business transformation, delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of international experience bridging architecture, construction, and business consulting across complex, multi-market environments.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment, and lead strategic initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, architecture-informed space planning, portfolio optimization, and financial performance metrics.
  • Experience in change management, organizational transformation, and global project leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and BIM for analysis and strategic insight.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent education is a plus.
  • Global mindset with the ability to manage high-impact projects and frequent travel.
