The team
The TH Global Supply - Strategy & Operational Excellence team is a key enabler to build out future supply capabilities, processes and analytics, that enable the brand to achieve a best-in-class supply chain. The team collaborates closely with other business areas to support initiatives including; driving analytics, documenting processes and creating tools that support fact-based decision making.

A day in the life of our TH Supply Chain Strategy & Data Intern

Position responsibilities:

• Support the team by assisting in the development and maintenance of strategic reporting projects and generating key performance indicator (KPI) reports.

• Participate in planning and executing new initiatives aimed at evolving the supply organization to become best in class.

• Contribute to evolving and simplifying data dashboards by understanding business needs, providing solutions, and ensuring quality control checks for accurate, complete data.

• Support in building Intelligent Automation Supply Chain data solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

• Provide support on ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests to meet urgent business needs.

Be all of you

• You have a genuine passion for the Tommy Hilfiger brand, an understanding of upstream supply chain processes, and a strong interest in leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.

• Your studies and professional aspirations are in the fields of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Data Analysis.

• Strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of project management demands, a solution-driven mentality, and a willingness to learn and grow.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.

• Experience in Power BI, SAP FMS, SAP BW, and Analysis for Excel will be advantageous.

Internship must-haves

• Located within approximately one hour traveling time from the Amsterdam Office

• Eligible to work within the EU

• Must be enrolled in full time continuing education

• Available from 01 Feb 2025 for a 6-month full time program

• Our internship program primarily focuses on practical experience and skill development; therefore, we are not able to support research focused internships.
