Supply Planner Coordinator

The role will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to assess opportunities for growth and contribute to and drive process improvement initiatives from inception to completion.Day to day, you will balance NOS related tasks and deadlines alongside ad hoc topics and ongoing projects, facilitating smooth operations and reporting on and presenting data and insights related to purchase orde and delivery performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • NOS Planning and Buying

  • Buying Reporting and ad-hoc analysis

  • Communication and planning with buying offices, onshore, offshore

  • Stakeholder Management and Operational activities

  • Driving the supply and demand process, working with sourcing hubs & off-shore teams to effectively maintain sufficient inventory levels and fulfillment of market demand

  • Acting as key representative for the European business within the wider global business, driving alignment and contributing to key calendar and buying decisions while keeping Europe-specific targets and best interests in mind

  • Confirming buys, negotiating delivery dates and additional with vendors, and creating POs

  • Managing the status of all PO’s from creation & maintenance, tracking deliveries from ex-factory to warehouse, highlighting any issues along the way and managing delays or other problems using best practice.

  • Leading weekly production meetings to effectively track and report to planned inbound and potential delays

  • Regular reporting to the wider teams and markets on sales order book, inventory position, fulfillment rate, risk to availability and other KPI’s.

  • Deriving actionable insights for data analysis and trends to drive and contribute to continued process improvement

  • Maintaining close relationships with vendors and other key stakeholders by facilitating continuous communication.

 
The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 1 years working experience in Production/ Supply Planning in Fashion industry

  • Business-level English

  • Advanced Excel skills and Analytical mind-set

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)

  • Organized and pro-active working approach

  • Flexible and adaptable

  • Supportive and ambitious attitude

  • High level of accuracy & attention to detail
